Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

Drop off at Stansted was fine. The driver was waiting for me at the designated drop-off point. There was a 15-20 minute wait on collection however after collecting our baggage. Our flight landed early but I would have expected this to have been checked. Overall a good idea but was disappointed with the delay on collection.

Great service, I was early not a problem they were able to meet me, on return again very quick to drop the car off. More expensive than other Airports, but all parking at Stansted tends to me more expensive anyway.

I had no problems with your service to me . The meet and greet people where courteous and welcoming with fast service. I was also pleased that the seat and instrument s had not been moved around so I did not have to adjust anything when I got back into my car . All in all I was pleased with the price and service .

Very good service will use again but only for short stay trips as I only live 35 minutes drive from Stanstead airport and for longer trips it is much cheaper for me to hire a cab.

Fantastic!! Even cheaper than ALL of the 'off airport' and 'on airport' standard car parks. We drove to the pick up point [directly outside departures], signed the car over where they checked and signed for mileage and off we went (5 min max). On return we called the relevant number as soon as our bag came off the carousel and the car was ready and waiting in the same place we dropped it off. Outstanding, massive VFM and super customer service. We will 100% use "I love meet & greet" via FHR again. Also just a tip...it was actually £7.90 CHEAPER to book them via FHR than it was to book direct with the company.

Really good. Even paid the £2 parking when they picked me up. A complete contrast with another supplier I used the week before at Stansted who charged a fee and used up all my petrol, leaving me on empty. Would recommend these guys but be careful of others. Always check your mileage!

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
