Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

We rang when we arrived at the airport and they were there within a few minutes. When we returned it was early morning about 2.30 3.00 time, rang when we got through customs and even at that time of the morning are meet and greet had a great sense of humour. Highly recommended

Site picked off the internet and booked easily. We arrived at the agreed time after ringing to say we where on the way, and the driver was there to pick up within 10 minutes of the call, similar situation on the way back, called when we had picked up our luggage and the driver was there with the van within 10 minutes, the pick up point was within easy reach of the terminal. We will recommend your service if asked

Perfect way to park. Turned up at the airport and the guy was already waiting. Hand over was quick and easy and was checking in within five mins of arriving. Same with pick up, phoned them just after collecting our bags and arrived at the picv up point just as they arrived to drop the car off. Overall, really satifised with the service and will definitly be using this service again.

We were delighted with the service and staff. We will definitely use it again and recommend to our friends and family. One thing we would like to point out was, that we booked the car in pretty few hours before our flight and also until few hours after our departure - allowing time for any unexpected circumstances, e.g. traffic, delayed flight, etc; and to also avoid any additional charges - just incase our flight back was delayed. This is not a problem with big car parks where you park your car yourself as they only check your car reg at the barrier and let you in and out. However, with this sort of parking, please get on the phone and speak to the staff to let them know estimated time if it is different to those you've booked in advance. Excellent service and we will definitely use them again.

When looking at booking options for parking at Stansted, we stumbled upon I Love Meet And Greet's site. At first, we were a little dubious, having never used valet parking in the UK. However, the service was favourably priced in comparison to other car parking facilities, so we decided to give it a go. The booking process was simple and flawless, with all instructions delivered instantly by email, which was reassuring. On the last leg of the journey to the airport, we phoned the contact number and were met at the terminal by a uniformed, friendly valet with ID, who helped us with our luggage before going off to park our vehicle. On our return to a snowy Stansted, we got a phone call from I Love Meet And Greet as we passed through Baggage Reclaim, asking if or flight had been OK and if we were on time. Exactly as promised, we were met outside the terminal by another equally lovely valet, who helped load our luggage into our already warm car, before taking care of the ticket to the exit barriers. The service provided could not possibly have been better, and we have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending I Love Meet And Greet to anyone who is looking for airport parking! Thank you!

Very easy to make the booking. Easy and straightforward parking process. Much better than using the car park at Stansted - drop off and pick up was right next to the terminal. Stansted meet and greet were very professional and provided an excellent service, very quick and easy. We would definitely use this company again.

The phone number goes to message but then they ring straight back and we didn't need to use the 'emergency' number. It was our first 'meet&greet' and it saved so much time we would definitely use again.

Panic initially when getting thru twice to ansafone on two numbers whilst ten minutes away, but once I got to airport I did actually get through to a person !!! Which was a great relief at 3.40am whilst travelling alone!

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
