Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

Very good service dropped the car straight outside the terminal to be met by a very professional driver who inspected my car took photos and 5 minutes later we were checking in.on our return the car was delivered back to us within 10 minutes of leaving the terminal and they even gave us the £2.50 to get out.fantastic service will use again 1000%

Well done. The drop off was right outside the terminal and we only had to wait a couple of minutes for the car to be returned to the same spot on the way back. Plus, cheapest parking I could find.

The service is good. Very handy when you travel with kids. Very timely and affordable. The downside was that they left the window opened and the seats were soaked with water when car was returned. Not a pleasant return from holidays

quite a long wait (20 minutes or so)- on arrival in rain- waiting for driver to collect and to deliver car. Other meet & greet services have been quicker but at least didn't have to lug all luggage including skis onto a bus etc: convenient spot in front of terminal.

This worked reasonably well, but the meet-and-greet din't work well on the outward part of the journey. We were running late on on our journey to Stansted, and rang 'I Love ...' 10 minutes before arrival - it turned out that we arrived 12 minutes after making the call, but no-one was there. This increased stress levels! If the operator needs more than 10 minutes to get someone to collect the car, then they should request more than 10 minutes notice. We waited about 5-10 minutes for the drive to arrive, but we really could have done without that further delay. The operator knew we were running late (because we'd stated handover time and flight number in the booking), so should have made an extra effort to pick up the car promptly. The return trip worked like clockwork, with the car arriving just before we did for the pick-up.

As before, greeted on arrival without problems. All staff helpful and courteous. However, also as before, return of the car took far longer than the ten minutes I was told when I called - as per their instructions. If its going to be 25 minute, tell me 25 minutes! At least I can do something while I'm waiting! I don't appreciate having to stand around in the cold and rain at midnight and I don't suppose many other people do either. Apart from that, would definitely use them again.

Service not bad - although I did have to wait for 10 minutes on arrival at Stansted, even though I did everything exactly as requested. Music whilst on hold both irritating and dreadful in equal measure. However, generally speaking good value for money and courteous staff. Overall 4/5

Have used this service many times - it has always been, at worst, very good and usually excellent. This last time was no exception. I decided on the day before to change my scheduled arrival time due to fears over increased security check time - contacted help desk, no fuss, no problems, all dealt with in seconds and confirmation back by email within minutes. The actual process of arrive and dropping car off, and the process of returning and collecting car is very easy (you do need a mobile phone) and the written instructions are very clear.

Had to wait about 20 mins on arrival and on phoning to see when driver was coming was told problem with barrier at car park.As at least 3 others cars waiting for same company so have to assume this was correct. A whole van load of drivers did appear soon after. Coming back absolutely excellent service and only waited about 2 mins

Unlike truly awful meet & greet experiences at both Luton and Manchester airports, "I Love Meet and Greet" at Stansted was a real pleasure. The driver turned up on time, was incredibly helpful with our luggage and kids' car seats, and the return experience was equally positive. Highly recommended.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
