Difficult to find a space in September and not many markings about what floor and where youÂ’ve parked. Otherwise great and very near to the (arrivals) end of the terminal.

Not too far to walk to the check in desks, although when we visited there was plenty of space on the upper floors it would be good if there was an indication of where spaces might be available.

Love you guys. Easy to book , great prices. Only comment I was unable to contact you at the weekend to change the car registration as the driver was ill and we needed to change car. But we resolved it ourselves but a contact for those emergency situations would have been good.

Usually park blue short stay but with only a couple of pounds extra decided to give green shirt stay a go. When we arrived the barrier didn’t go up on car reg recognition so took a ticket. It took longer looking for a space. On the plus side it was under cover. Also on return at the exit barrier no car reg recognised so called for assistance but wow!!! What customer service. I wish I had took his name as you were brilliant so about 20.15 on 10th may if it was you Thank you!!!!

Drove to the wrong carpark! Please can you make it clearer to idiots like me that there are different colour 'short stay' car parks and that you must park in the allocated colour. Although intercom staff were helpful it took a bit of time to move from one car park to another. Also the gate(to the right car park) did not open automatically, we still had to contact a staff member via intercom. The Green car park was relatively close to the Terminal and easy to travel from the car park to the Terminal.

The parking was good with a very short distance to the airport. However, I was not happy that I was charged an extra £7 for when I crossed the drop off area to get to the parking. The sat nav showed that route and I had no option to reverse and go a different route. I strongly believe that the £7 charge should be refunded to me as I have already paid much more for 5 days parking.

Would have been a 5 but the email said show the email but there was no one or thing to show to so we collected the ticket and was left wondering the whole time we were away that we may have missed something. However, clearly the registration must have registered our booking and we exited very quickly

Directions for Short Stay Green Multi-storey
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Drive to Short Stay Green Multi Storey and find a space. Unload your luggage, lock up, and walk to the terminal. Your keys stay with you.
ThereÂ’s no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
It takes 5-8 minutes to walk from the car park to the terminal along the covered walkway.
When you return from your trip, walk back to the car park. You car will be where you left it.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £62 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
The shortest time we can offer parking for is 24 hours. If you're parking for less time, it may be cheaper to pay when you arrive. We can't offer a refund if you book through us and find the price at the car park is less.
