What is the drop-off procedure?

On arrival at the entrance drive up to the barrier and take a ticket from the dispenser. The barrier will raise allowing you to drive into the car park. Park in the first available space on levels 1 to 4 after the ground level. Present your booking confirmation at the ground floor reception to check in for the shuttle bus to your terminal. Please ensure you DO NOT tap your credit card at the entry barrier gate as charges will apply.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return, walk to the designated Space Shuttle car park pick-up point. When you get to the pick-up point, call reception on the number on your confirmation and the shuttle will be dispatched to collect you arriving in approx. 5-10 minutes. Upon arriving back at the car park proceed to reception and present your booking confirmation to receive an exit ticket. DO NOT tap your credit card at the exit barrier as charges will apply.

What security measures does the car park have?

CCTV, Flood lightning, barriers, secure, multi-storey, indoor, 24/7 manned, number plate recognition, security patrols, EXTRA HIGH 2.6m vehicle clearance.

What else do I need to know?

Baby capsule and toddler booster seats are available if required and need to be requested at least one day prior.
