On arrival at Britannia Wharf, you will be greeted by a friendly member of the Airlynx team. They will confirm your cruise details, number of passengers, and return date. Your luggage will be transferred to the luxury minibus while you are handed a card with a contact number. Please keep this card safe as you will need it for your return. You will then leave your car keys with the team, who will securely park your vehicle. Then hop on the minibus transfer directly to your cruise terminal. Transfers take just three to five minutes depending on the terminal

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have disembarked and collected your luggage, call the number on the card you received at check-in. A minibus will collect you from the terminal and return you to the Britannia Wharf car park. Your car will be ready in the exit area, and your keys will be handed back to you when you arrive

What security measures does the car park have?

Airlynx at Britannia Wharf takes vehicle safety seriously, offering: Staffed security 24 hours a day CCTV surveillance throughout the compound Regular security patrols Locked gated entry and exit

What else do I need to know?

Transfers are included in the price of the booking for up to 4 passenger, you will be required to pay £10 per person for extra passengers, unless there are very young children Airlynx no longer accepts any cans, trucks, caravans etc

Directions:

From the M27 motorway, take Exit 8 towards Southampton. Follow signs for A3024 and continue along the A3025 towards Woolston and Ocean Village. Cross the Itchen Bridge (toll applies) and continue straight on Marine Parade. Britannia Wharf is located on your left at the end of Marine Parade.
