What is the drop-off procedure?

When you arrive, all you need to do is park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and hand in your car keys to us.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return, all you need to do is wait where you were dropped off and the transfer bus will take you back to the car park.

What security measures does the car park have?

What else do I need to know?

Because this is a special low price, you can't make any changes to your booking, or cancel and get a refund. All Airparks buses have disabled access. Airparks can't accept minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles more than 2.1m (7 ft) high, even if you book more than one space. Airparks can't accept taxis, as they can only be driven by the licence holder. No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

This car park works for me and is not expensive. We arrived about 3.30 am and were at the airport by 4.10 for a flight loading time of 5.35am. we arrived back at the airport some days later walked outside to the stand, bus arrived a few minutes later and departed after about 6 mins for a 10 min ride (at 10.30pm). New system for car keys worked well (demonstrated by the bus driver). No problems. I have used Airparks in the past and they have always been fine. One improvement would be to have an inside waiting area (in the warm) with a countdown display to the bus's arrival time. The temp outside was only 3 deg on a January night.

Airparks new, improved check in and check out service is confusing and a bad move from a customer point of view. Seems like they have automated it to reduce staff costs but then need more staff on hand to tell you how to navigate your way through the confusion. That's maybe why some of the staff were really grumpy.

A few months since I parked with you, what a nice surprise when parking this time the improvements you have made are great and much appreciated. It would be nice if the baggage handling could be improved, as an elderly person it is very difficult even with 15kg. I appreciate the assistance of your staff, however for the elderly it can be off putting, as people tend to charge to board and leave the bus on returning from holiday. Hope to see you soon.

Taking to the airport was fine, however I was not satisfied with the pick up from the airport. Although information was provided on timings of flight landings there were insufficient buses available to return people back to the car park. Some people were unable to get on the bus which meant they were waiting at least half an hour, not good when you are tired after travel and need to get home.

Great value service if traveling out of hours but the location is in a peak traffic area so leave plenty of time for delays if booking this for a peak traffic time. We got lucky on the bus and hardly had any wait time. The risk you take with this car park is the staff park your car for you. Most people might think this more convenient but if the person who parks your car can't remember to put the handbrake on it makes you a little nervous. Lucky for me the car was parked in a relatively flat space.

After using this company the first time I have no reason whatsoever to use anyone else! All the staff have been very friendly, efficient and professional.Easy to book online,good directions and regular buses to and from the airport make using Airparks a pleasure! Directions for Airparks - Supersaver

THIS BOOKING CANNOT BE AMENDED OR CANCELLED AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE

- Leave the M42 at junction 6 and take the A45 towards the airport.
- Pass through one set of traffic lights. You'll see the Holiday Inn on the right.
- Pass through another set of traffic lights.
- At the third traffic lights, go straight on, passing Morrisons on your left.
- At the next traffic lights, get into the right hand lane, following signs for Garretts Green.
- Take a right onto Sheaf Lane.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit.
- After half a mile, turn left onto Mackadown Lane.
- Airparks will be on the left, just before the railway bridge.

Arrival procedures
Park in one of the arrivals bays and head to reception to check in. You should have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. You'll need to leave your keys with reception, as your car will be parked for you. You'll be given a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it when you return. Then just wait for the shuttle bus to the airport in the waiting area. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

Departure Procedures
Just catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from the same place where you were dropped off. You'll need to show the ticket you were given when you checked in to the driver.
After you've collected your keys from reception, just drive to the exit barrier, and scan the barcode attached to your keys to get out.

PLEASE NOTE - you can't change or cancel your booking

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

All Airparks buses have disabled access.

No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked. Airparks can't accept taxis, as they can only be driven by the licence holder.

The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

What if the plane is delayed If you book the supersaver we are unable to amend the dates and times, therefore if the flight is delayed and you incur any additional charges you will
Hi would it be possible for me to park my car myself at your car park? I feel uncomfortable leaving my keys with another person. The vehicles have to be parked by the car park themselves and the keys left at the car park. Birmingham Long Stay car park is a self - park car park where you can park the vehicle yourself and retain your keys.
