What is the drop-off procedure?

When you arrive, all you need to do is park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and hand in your car keys to us.

On your return, all you need to do is wait where you were dropped off and the transfer bus will take you back to the car park.

What else do I need to know?

Because this is a special low price, you can't make any changes to your booking, or cancel and get a refund. All Airparks buses have disabled access. Airparks can't accept minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles more than 2.1m (7 ft) high, even if you book more than one space. Airparks can't accept taxis, as they can only be driven by the licence holder. No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

No issues with the booking in process and Service.Only minor gripe was a 30 minute wait on our arrival back at Birmingham airport for the transfer bus back to the car. Will certainly use again .

The overall service was first class. The only complaint I have was the unhelpfulness of the driver, from the airport back to the compound. Every other time we have used Airparks the drivers have been most helpful with putting cases in the storage areas of the bus. This man did not leave his seat at any point of the journey, and in particular when my wife had to lift a heavy suitcase onto the bus, whilst I was storing our other case. The driver taking us to the airport in the early hours of our departure couldn't have been more helpful, as has always been the case when we have used your services in the past. The date and time of the airport pickup was Monday 8th September at approximately 6pm. I would use Airparks again, however if this latest driver's attitude is what we can expect in the future, then we may be forced to think again.

Was not guided to where to park on way in as no one there, also when I checked in, lady in desk tried to get me to have meet and greet upgrade. I Was told I could be waiting a couple of hours on return to shuttle bus, ive used this company before with no problems so I little dissapointed.

Good off airport parking site. Good directions on their web site but allow plenty of time if travelling at peak times due to the volume of traffic on the road.

Directions for Airparks - Supersaver

THIS BOOKING CANNOT BE AMENDED OR CANCELLED AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE

- Leave the M42 at junction 6 and take the A45 towards the airport.
- Pass through one set of traffic lights. You'll see the Holiday Inn on the right.
- Pass through another set of traffic lights.
- At the third traffic lights, go straight on, passing Morrisons on your left.
- At the next traffic lights, get into the right hand lane, following signs for Garretts Green.
- Take a right onto Sheaf Lane.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit.
- After half a mile, turn left onto Mackadown Lane.
- Airparks will be on the left, just before the railway bridge.

Arrival procedures
Park in one of the arrivals bays and head to reception to check in. You should have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. You'll need to leave your keys with reception, as your car will be parked for you. You'll be given a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it when you return. Then just wait for the shuttle bus to the airport in the waiting area. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

Departure Procedures
Just catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from the same place where you were dropped off. You'll need to show the ticket you were given when you checked in to the driver.
After you've collected your keys from reception, just drive to the exit barrier, and scan the barcode attached to your keys to get out.

PLEASE NOTE - you can't change or cancel your booking

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

All Airparks buses have disabled access.

No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked. Airparks can't accept taxis, as they can only be driven by the licence holder.

The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Hi would it be possible for me to park my car myself at your car park? I feel uncomfortable leaving my keys with another person. The vehicles have to be parked by the car park themselves and the keys left at the car park. Birmingham Long Stay car park is a self - park car park where you can park the vehicle yourself and retain your keys.
