Have used this particular car park quite a few times now and it’s so convenient for us, maybe it could have something to tell us how many parking spaces there are on each floor because when it’s busy you can spend quite a while looking for a space but we will use it again no doubt.

Arrived earlier than booked (approx. 1 hour) due to the well publised delays being experienced in baggage drop & screening areas, no issues accessing the car park & no associated extra costs, which is one potential area of stress avoided, thank you. No other issues with this car park, very convenient for quickly accessing the airport terminal on arrival & departure, using on several occasions & would use again if flying from Birmingham Airport.

It was very easy and well sign posted to Car park 1 at Birmingham Airport and just across the road from the arrivals and departures halls. It costs more but well worth the extra (especially with a young child) for the easy access to the airport, and not to have to get on and off shuttle buses. The number plate recognition on entry and exit worked well. My only niggle was trying to find a parking spot, we eventually found one on the top level. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

It was worth paying the extra to be able to just walk 2 mins. across to the terminal. Number plate recognition worked very well on entry and exit and made it very easy. Would certainly use again.

Easy to book and e ail communication was good. Due to rumours of delays at the airport over Easter weekend and shortage of airport staff I got to the airport earlier than booked which wasn't a problem at all. Carpark was easy to find and a 2 minute walk from the terminal. Hassle free all round will definitely use again asking as they reamin competitive, used 3x now no issues.

I have used his car park many times before and found it to be straightforward. Unfortunately on this occasion there was a problem with exiting the car park. None of the barriers seemed to be working. The machine did not recognise the exit card. I tried to insert it multiple times but it was not accepted. I phoned the mobile number given on the exit machine which went straight to voicemail. I then pressed the 'Help' button but was told it was busy. I presume this was because all the drivers at the other exit barriers were also trying to get help. Eventually someone answered, asked if I had pre-booked, took my name and registration and then the barrier raised. There was no explanation or apology. It was very frustrating after a long flight and a long queue at passport control. I do not think that this was the fault of FHR. There was probably a malfunction of the exit machines for some reason. I just hope it doesn't happen again.

We love this car park as you just walk across the road and you are off home! No trouble getting in and out. you now get issued with a ticket on entry but exiting is just lifting of the barrier automatically.

Very easy. So close to the airport terminal that it's less walking than using valet parking plus the reassurance of knowing where the car has been kept whilst you're away, clean, under cover and with nothing added to your car's mileage.

Booking was easy, and competively priced to the drop and go option. I liked being able to park my car securely and take my keys with me. Access to and from the carpark was easy with no issues. Reading previous reviews made me a bit uneasy if I was to be charged extra or have issues when exiting but I had none, we were delayed flying home and waited an hour for bag collection and therefore my booked exit time was over by about 2 hours and wasnt charged any extra. I would recommend and will use again if competively priced. Thank you , booking, parking my car was the easiest and the most hassle free part of my journey!

Car Park 1 is 2.15m. Parking bays are 2.9m wide and 4.82mLeave the M42 at junction 6 and proceed along the A45 following the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs for Car Park 1.
At this car park you park your own car and keep your keys.
On arrival:
We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.
It is important that you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking, otherwise our cameras wonÂ’t be able to recognise your booking.
Please ensure you park in Car Park 1 to avoid any additional charges.

On Exit:
Once you are back at the car park, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit.

You can pay any additional charges at the exit lane by card. Please make sure you choose the correct lane for payment and have your registration number ready to quote.
