What is the drop-off procedure?

We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Our courtesy bus will collect you from bus stop D outside the terminal building. Once you reach the car park, if you have left your keys with us, please go to the Car Park 7 office near the exit to collect them. Drive to exit, barrier will raise.

What security measures does the car park have?

What else do I need to know?

Make sure you've given us the registration of the car you will be parking or you could be charged twice for your stay. If this isn't possible, please give us a call before you travel.

It couldn't have been easier. Chose Car Park 7 which is just out on the outskirts of the airport - but directly over the road from the Travel Lodge where we were staying so ideal for us. We had to leave very early in the morning - about 3am, but the bus stop again is directly in front of the hotel (literally 30 seconds walk - and the buses to the terminal run every 15 mins) The cheapest option being furthest away, but one of the easiest, carpark - hotel - bus stop - departures I've had.

Everything was great until we tried to leave. I went back to the guy at the kiosk and he said IÂ’d gone over my time and needed to pay the fee again. I showed him my booking to prove I still had time before my booking expired and eventually he agreed. I then had to have a couple of the guys come & override the machine so we could get out. I just wonder how many other people donÂ’t question it & just pay again. ??

The FHR car park is close to Birmingham Airport and is reasonably priced. The parking, check in and check out, courtesy bus to and from the terminal were very efficient without any issues. I would use this airport parking again.

Directions for Car Park 7 Flex Plus

Follow the M42 to Junction 6. From Junction 6 follow the A45 to Birmingham. When you see the control tower on the right, move to the right hand lane. At the lights take the right hand filter into terminal way, signposted Air Cargo Centre/Gateway Estate/Hotel. Take the 2nd right onto Falcon Way and the entrance to Car Park 7 is 300 meters along the road on the left.

Please note that Car Park 7 is located on the opposite side of the runway to the main airport terminal building.

Arrivals Procedure:

We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.

It is important that you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking, otherwise our cameras won't be able to recognise your booking.

Please ensure you park in Car Park 7 to avoid any additional charges.

For assistance, please speak to a member of staff or press the assistance button and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. The assistance button is located on the entrance column.

Once you have parked, proceed to the Car Park 7 office near the entrance where our staff will greet you. Leave your keys with us and our trained staff will safely park your car.

Please keep your booking reference to hand, as you may need to show this when getting on the bus.

A courtesy bus runs from the bus stop near the office up to 4 times per hour, with a journey time to the terminal of around 10-15 minutes.


Returns Procedure:

Our courtesy bus will collect you from bus stop D outside the terminal building. Once you reach the car park, if you have left your keys with us, please go to the Car Park 7 office near the exit to collect them.

Once you are ready to leave, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit.

If the barrier does not raise, it may be that you have overstayed or parked in the incorrect car park. Any overstay will be charged at the standard tariff.

You can pay any additional charges at the exit lane with your card. Please make sure you choose the correct lane for payment and have your registration number ready to quote.

Should you require any help, please press the assistance button with your booking reference ready to quote and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

If your vehicle sustains damage while in the Car Park, your vehicle is stolen or any possessions are stolen from your vehicle while it is in the Car Park you should immediately inform either a member of staff at the Car Park or otherwise notify our Customer Services Department on the number on your confirmation 0
In the case of theft, immediately inform the police; and notify your insurers promptly.
Any claims against the car park or complaints about the service you have received, should be addressed to the Customer Services Department at National Car Parks Limited. The address is available at www.ncp.co.uk. In the case of a claim, full details should be provided to us as soon as possible.

Is this parking fully refundable in the event We can’t travel? is my car protected against and damage from your drivers please, considering they will be driving and parking it? Thank youOur booking Terms and Conditions re as follows: You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or request a refund minus the 10GBP cancellation fee. You can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date. if the new dates are more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
