Trying to find the car park from the airport with no decent signposts is very difficult had to use Google maps even then it was not easy. When it came to getting out after the holiday it said I had to pay another £43 even though I was inside the time I had booked I asked for the barrier to be put up went back to the car the barrier went back down so had to ask again not what you want at 3 in the morning after being on the go since 7am and another hour plus to get home don't think I would use again

Trouble free drop off and transfer. Bus we had for pick up was more than a 15 minute wait at the terminal on return. It would be good to have an awning to shelter under at the return cabin - you get soaked when it's raining waiting in the queue!

Excellent parking, well organised. Staff is very friendly, shuttle bus pick up is very convenient, just in front of departures/arrivals. Bus stop clearly says car park 7 . I am very happy with my booking.

When we arrived at the car park they had no information or acceptance of my booking and I had to fill forms in again which was a pain because all in all it took 20 minutes to sort it out.They claim they had not received my booking from FHR.Who knows,but on my return I had no problems picking my keys and car up.

Excellent, efficient service. Staff were respectful and friendly. Upon return to the country and calling to inform them of landing, the phonecall was answered immediately, the staff member was lovely and car was ready by the time we arrived to collect. Would highly recommend using this service and will 100% use them for our next holiday

Directions for Car Park 7 Flex Plus
Follow the M42 to Junction 6. From Junction 6 follow the A45 to Birmingham. When you see the control tower on the right, move to the right hand lane. At the lights take the right hand filter into terminal way, signposted Air Cargo Centre/Gateway Estate/Hotel. Take the 2nd right onto Falcon Way and the entrance to Car Park 7 is 300 meters along the road on the left.Please note that Car Park 7 is located on the opposite side of the runway to the main airport terminal building.
Arrivals Procedure:
We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.
It is important that you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking, otherwise our cameras won't be able to recognise your booking.
Please ensure you park in Car Park 7 to avoid any additional charges.
For assistance, please speak to a member of staff or press the assistance button and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. The assistance button is located on the entrance column.
Once you have parked, proceed to the Car Park 7 office near the entrance where our staff will greet you. Leave your keys with us and our trained staff will safely park your car.
Please keep your booking reference to hand, as you may need to show this when getting on the bus.
A courtesy bus runs from the bus stop near the office up to 4 times per hour, with a journey time to the terminal of around 10-15 minutes.
Returns Procedure:
Our courtesy bus will collect you from bus stop D outside the terminal building. Once you reach the car park, if you have left your keys with us, please go to the Car Park 7 office near the exit to collect them.
Once you are ready to leave, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit.
If the barrier does not raise, it may be that you have overstayed or parked in the incorrect car park. Any overstay will be charged at the standard tariff.
You can pay any additional charges at the exit lane with your card. Please make sure you choose the correct lane for payment and have your registration number ready to quote.
Should you require any help, please press the assistance button with your booking reference ready to quote and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
If your vehicle sustains damage while in the Car Park, your vehicle is stolen or any possessions are stolen from your vehicle while it is in the Car Park you should immediately inform either a member of staff at the Car Park or otherwise notify our Customer Services Department on the number on your confirmation 0
In the case of theft, immediately inform the police; and notify your insurers promptly.
Any claims against the car park or complaints about the service you have received, should be addressed to the Customer Services Department at National Car Parks Limited. The address is available at www.ncp.co.uk. In the case of a claim, full details should be provided to us as soon as possible.

You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date. if the new dates are more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
