This car park was very convenient and reasonably priced. The fhr team were as helpful as always in adjusting my booking to alter a car registration and emailed the updated confirmation straight away. Excellent service.

A short(ish) walk to the departure terminal (slightly longer from the arrivals on return). Very efficient (no ticket to take at the start - and potentially lose on holiday!) with number plate recognition on entering and leaving.

I really wanted the shirt stay car park as my flight came in just before midnight and I am a female travelling alone. I found it a little daunting walking back in the dark to mid stay 1. I would only book this if I was travelling and landing in daylight hours.

The booking,by phone, was very smooth and easy. No problem when I arrived but could not get out on return. A bit frustrating but the lady at the end of the “help†button sorted it. The token was not linked to my booking.

Very convenient for walking to departures. Entry into car park was without problems. Exit would not work to start with. This was a bit stressful at 21.00 with no intercom provided to ask for help. After I reversed and allowed 2 other cars to exit, it worked, thank goodness

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.
On entrance to the airport from the A453, turn left at the roundabout and follow signs to OTHER CAR PARKS. At the following roundabout take the first exit and follow signs for MID STAY CAR PARKS.
DO NOT ENTER YOUR DEBIT OR DEBIT CARD INTO THE MACHINE OR YOU WILL INCUR CHARGES.
Arrivals Procedure
When you arrive at Mid Stay 1 the barrier will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and will then open automatically (this may take up to 40 seconds). If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry DO NOT press for a ticket.
Return Procedure
To exit Mid Stay 1 go to the exit barrier will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically (this may take up to 40 seconds). If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.
