Easy to find. Staff on hand to help as I was unsure of the check in process. Short walk to departures. On return the process was very straightforward and quick. Walked to car park, scanned ticket , got keys and found car and drove away. So convenient and easy.

Fast park was good but as our flight was cancelled until the following day, there was a lack of information about what to do on return to collect car i.e. extension to parking stay, additional charges, car collection

Very easy to book online. Checking in and dropping keys off very efficient and quick. On return easy procedure to retrieve your keys from the lockers and bay location for car straightforward to find. Only down side was my car battery was flat with my hazard lights weakly showing. Something must have been left on discharging battery ? Operator on site jump started me and happy days.

Directions for Fast Park Refundable

Arrival
Follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport. At the roundabout at the DoubleTree by Hilton, take the 2nd exit, then turn left, following signs for FastPARK.
Keep to the right and follow the dedicated lane to enter the car park.
Once you have entered, drive through one of the photo booths and let our system take 360-degree images of your vehicle. Then drive forward and park in one of the ferry lanes.
Book your car in using the self-service kiosk located in reception, using the booking reference number on your confirmation and drop your keys.
The whole process should take fewer than 5 minutes.
Your car will then be moved to a secured storage site and bought back for your return.

On return
Scan your barcode (given on check-in) at the collection lockers, and head to the collection bays where your car will be waiting for you.
If you travel plans change and you arrive back earlier than planned, please call us on the number on your confirmation 6 to minimise any delay retrieving your vehicle.


At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, or If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days and times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
