Super service and very easy to use.. 1 draw back was I had a disabled passenger and our car was not Left in the disabled collection and requested and confirmed and on arrival there was no disabled parking. Apart From this it was great and we will use again and hopefully the disabled parking will be rectified

Paid for 10 days prior to going on holiday however when I arrived at booking in machine @ Airport I was asked to pay an additional £15 due to additional time of return from time of booking. (30min out). On return, I received my keys and proceeded to leave parking. At the exit barrier I was asked again to pay another £4 to allow the barrier to lift.... additional costs.....be aware...first time I've had any issues....

We had a perfect start to our holiday by dropping car off, straight through barrier and parked up with a 1 minute walk to departures. On return once we scanned ticket and box opened with our keys, car waiting in parking bay, perfect and will definitely use again!

Directions for Fast Park Refundable

Arrival
Follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport. At the roundabout at the DoubleTree by Hilton, take the 2nd exit, then turn left, following signs for FastPARK.
Keep to the right and follow the dedicated lane to enter the car park.
Once you have entered, drive through one of the photo booths and let our system take 360-degree images of your vehicle. Then drive forward and park in one of the ferry lanes.
Book your car in using the self-service kiosk located in reception, using the booking reference number on your confirmation and drop your keys.
The whole process should take fewer than 5 minutes.
Your car will then be moved to a secured storage site and bought back for your return.

On return
Scan your barcode (given on check-in) at the collection lockers, and head to the collection bays where your car will be waiting for you.
If you travel plans change and you arrive back earlier than planned, please call us on the number on your confirmation 6 to minimise any delay retrieving your vehicle.


At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, or If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days and times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
