Very close to airport entrance and straightforward to use. I would improve signage on entrance as I nearly missed the slip road. When I returned the road to the signage was blocked off and from the side I was on (airport side) it was unclear how to get to your building. All went well for me. If there had been a difficulty - is there a helpline phone near the key boxes? Be good to know

Instructions clear, easy to find, simple procedure to follow and staff around to guide and help if you should need it. Very accessible to the main terminal- a real plus for me as someone with accessibility issues. The return to my car was even easier as I had assistance and the person got my keys and took me directly to my car parked right outside. Excellent service and, unlike other major airports (Newcastle and Manchester) sensibly priced and good value for money. I would definitely book again.

Easy to use and helpful staff until it comes to your return!! Bar codes on tickets not recognised by machines, surly staff grunting at you when finally giving you a ticket to use at the last barrier, which you then get charged extra when you put your ticket in the machine!! £4 in my instance, but everybody leaving seemed to be getting charged extra - was this because we went into the next day, even though the car park said we had two hours grace?? Tried phoning the car park helpline at Edinburgh airport, they advised me to use the website and provide a photo of my receipt for being overcharged - I never received one Not very good!!

Directions for Fast Park Refundable

Arrival
Follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport. At the roundabout at the DoubleTree by Hilton, take the 2nd exit, then turn left, following signs for FastPARK.
Keep to the right and follow the dedicated lane to enter the car park.
Once you have entered, drive through one of the photo booths and let our system take 360-degree images of your vehicle. Then drive forward and park in one of the ferry lanes.
Book your car in using the self-service kiosk located in reception, using the booking reference number on your confirmation and drop your keys.
The whole process should take fewer than 5 minutes.
Your car will then be moved to a secured storage site and bought back for your return.

On return
Scan your barcode (given on check-in) at the collection lockers, and head to the collection bays where your car will be waiting for you.
If you travel plans change and you arrive back earlier than planned, please call us on the number on your confirmation 6 to minimise any delay retrieving your vehicle.


At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, or If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days and times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
