This was an easy and convenient way to park. My car didn't register when I drove in but the attendant was on hand so there wasn't a problem. Signing in and leaving keys was a simple process and picking them up on return was also easy.

Easy peasy, lemon squeazy, close, fast and clear layout, shame the same can’t be said about Edinburgh airport, probably the most poorly designed and unhelpful airport in the world, and that’s not easy, yes Luton I’m talking about you!

The parking was easy & very well organised & the staff were excellent & I liked the return key system on our return simple & easy to follow. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS FINDING THE ROW LOCATION as the ROW LETTER IS ONLY ON ONE SIDE OF THE POST AND WE GOT A WET ROAMING AROUND THE CAR PARK TRYING TO LOCATE OUR ROW, Otherwise it would have been 5 stars I WOULD BOOK AGAIN IF ROW LETTERING WAS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE POST

It was certainly quicker than using other bus services from local airport car parks. The penalties for late arrival were frightening and excessive at £60 per day or part of day. I actually thought of changing in case we were delayed. I understand this penalty does not apply if booked direct so why penalise FHR bookings? Once used should be better next time as familiar with system.

We had an issue with our flights which meant we had to rebook our departure date. Unfortunately we many n’a error in the rebooking process causing us to lose our arrival process at Edinburgh airport. I contacted your reservations office and they resolved the situation for me, I was most impressed by your team and will certainly consider using them when travelling through Edinburgh Airport.

Directions for Fast Park Refundable
ArrivalFollow the signs for Edinburgh Airport. At the roundabout at the DoubleTree by Hilton, take the 2nd exit, then turn left, following signs for FastPARK.
Keep to the right and follow the dedicated lane to enter the car park.
Once you have entered, drive through one of the photo booths and let our system take 360-degree images of your vehicle. Then drive forward and park in one of the ferry lanes.
Book your car in using the self-service kiosk located in reception, using the booking reference number on your confirmation and drop your keys.
The whole process should take fewer than 5 minutes.
Your car will then be moved to a secured storage site and bought back for your return.
On return
Scan your barcode (given on check-in) at the collection lockers, and head to the collection bays where your car will be waiting for you.
If you travel plans change and you arrive back earlier than planned, please call us on the number on your confirmation 6 to minimise any delay retrieving your vehicle.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, or If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days and times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
