I booked parking where I kept my car keys, however, when I arrived at the site, I was told this was not the case. Finding another car park at 3.00am was not an option, so I had no choice to leave my car keys. This is something I would never consider doing. Upon my return, I called the site to announce my arrival, it took some 14 min for the bus to arrive, (I know this because my phone holds a record of calls). When I arrived at the site, I was given my keys and basically, I had to search for my car. While I was not impressed by the key situation, the 14 min wait, of the look and search on my return. My car was, in fact, safe and sound, which was my main concern.

Fantastic service and price. Shuttle bus waiting to take us to the airport as soon as we'd dropped the car keys off and done the paperwork. On return I called the number given on the receipt card and was given clear instructions where to go to for the return shuttle. We only had to wait 2 minutes for it to arrive. Car was waiting for us and in perfect condition. I will definitely use again and would recommend this service.

Great as usual got a bit concerned when no reply on arrival back but given the time of day, there were few staff on. I made my way to the stand as normal & a bus soon appeared. Car wasn't if the usual spot in was expecting, it was dark & I had trouble locating a black car but overall, nothing to complain about.

Very quick and efficient, only small problem was when we found our car it could not be moved as blocked in so had to go back and request assistance. Everybody else’s car was waiting for them and they were out in about 1 minute...

Despite power failure on the day of our arrival, the Flying Scot personnel arranged alternative parking at an overflow park adjacent to their facility. Due to the inclement weather which continued periodically over the week we were on holiday, I was concerned that my car may have become bogged down in the overflow car park “field”. On our return in the small hours of the morning on 27 September, I was relieved to find the Flying Scot personnel had removed the vehicles from the overflow “field” and successfully accommodated them on good hard-standing within their compound after electric power had been restored. Full marks to Flying Scot.😀

Despite having to be moved from Flying Scot to Lo Cost Parking because of an electrical fault the process went well. An extra 10mins travel but good transit bus service. Think they are the same group of companies.

We have parked with Flying Scot many times. All went well, although we did have one past occasion when the car park was overbooked and we were moved at the last minute. On the latest occasion, all went well with parking the car and getting to the airport. On our return, at 2.15am, the request was made for the bus, but ourselves and 2 other groups of customers were informed the bus driver had left the pick up stance. Another company gave us a lift back. We then found our car was not ready to drive, and it was not in the car park. It was found in another parking area, and when we got back home, we saw the car was severely splashed with muddy water. We have no confidence on the security and location of this other car park. The staff found the car, but their attitude was disappointing. We are very disappointed with the multiple failures on this trip, and given this is the second problem with this company, we will not not use them again.

I haven't even given Flying scot one star as I was totally shocked at the service we received starting when we arrived at five am in the morning a very small entry to the site resulting in cars every were as people tried to book in after twenty minutes I got in parked car safe the one small minibus went.Then had to wait a further twenty minutes for it to return. Now to the return trip much the same to get back to Flying scot forty minutes to be told with other people back on the bus your car is in the over spill car park. we then go back out onto main public road about half a mile into a field a very rough RD only good for a 4x4 or mini bus no lights or security we were told to activate our key fobs so we could find cars so last night at eleven pm pitch dark I found my pride and joy siting up to its belly in six inch long grass alloys covered in mud so by the time myself and my wife and another couple got in to car we were the same. I have done plenty off airport parking in my time but never seen anything like this. Stuart McCallum

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
