We always use Flying Scot both at Edinburgh and Glasgow and have found staff very helpful, Also quick transfer from Car Park to Airport and our recent airport parking was still the same as previously. Had a job finding the Airport Parking complimentary telephone and there were no airport stewards going about, also the telephone number on the card was different to the one at the complimentary telephone. Otherwise everything OK.

Will not use again. Had to wait so long for the bus to take us to the airport that we almost missed our flight. We were there in plenty time but had to wait such a long times that when the bus eventually arrived it didn't have enough seats for everybody and some were left behind. Another couple that were waiting with us also said they would never use this car park again as they would definitely miss their flight. After returning from our trip we had to wait twenty minutes in the freezing cold waiting for the bus.

Everything as expected, easy to find, transfer bus waiting on outward journey, short simple transfer. Due to traffic issues the return journey was a little less simple, and the transfer bus driver recommended that we walk back due to the airport being gridlocked. It was a nice day and I was happy to walk but on a rainy day this wouldn't have been fun. However, this wasn't the fault of FlyingScot. I will certainly consider using this car park again.

Always use Flying scot when Flying from Edinburgh, and as usual all went smoothly. On our return the member of staff advised me where my car was and offered to bring it to me. Impressive. Although I declined he stood by the barrier as we left to ensure we got out ok. A very nice touch..

On our return journey from Dublin, arriving 18.20 on Sunday 17th April, we had to wait 25 minutes for a bus to appear which wasn't big enough for everyone waiting. Luckily we got on board however, some guests were kept waiting for 45 minutes in the freeing cold. poor performance from Flying Scot. Location was good.

Very surprised and disappointed to have had to wait half an hour for a bus to be available to take me the two-minute journey back to the Flying Scot car park from the terminal. When a bus finally arrived at the stance (about twenty minutes after I had called), the driver said he could only take 13 people: unfortunately I was person 14 and had to wait for another bus. The driver of the bus that arrived ten minutes later was happy to have customers standing on the bus - not sure why the first driver didn't take the same approach, given the queue of people. I don't understand why I am asked to provide details of my flight arrival time if Flying Scot seems utterly unable to accommodate passengers arriving at the same time. The organisation on Sunday afternoon was simply shambolic and I will not be using this car park again.

I always get good service from Flying Scot but unfortunately on this occasion we had quite a wait at Edinburgh airport for our return pick up. We called from the airport and they told us to wait at he stand which we did but quite a crowd gathered and no bus appeared for quite some time. There would be a few disappointed people as they couldn't all fit on - it would have required 3 buses. Normally a very quick service so still giving them four stars.

On arrival back from Newark on Friday 08/04/16 morning, the staff found it difficult to find our car keys for the ford mondeo which was parked 2 weeks previously. Normally our car will have been moved to near reception so we can get away easily following the driver collecting and dropping us off. However, on this case our car was sandwiched between 2 cars and we had to wait about 10 minutes to a: find the car keys and b: wait on the cars to be moved by Flying Scot staff.

We have used Flying Scot before. Personal service - they make a note of your flights, so will know if problems arise. Everything went smoothly - were taken to the Airport immediately and the bus was waiting for us when we phoned on the way back. Stress-free experience.

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return

The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
