As ever, a fantastic service, value for money, helpful, cheery staff. My car had broken down and staff had tried to help by attempting to start car with jump leads. As the problem was a new battery required, it was a scunner. However, i'm thankful for their efforts and the the AA patrolman, Greg, for his knowledge, expertise & sincerity by delivering a positive outcome.

The location and transfers were fine however I was unimpressed to find my car had been parked under a tree and was absolutely covered in some sort or resin and bird droppings including every window I mentioned it to the woman in the office who was uninterested.

Service was great only downside is had to change car details and fhm forgot to pass it on at Flying Scot. No biggie but was a bit if a pain

On Sunday 29th May phone call from courtesy phone went to voice mail. On arrival at Stand 7 there was a crowd of people waiting for a bus. It was hard to know who was first. Some families jumped on the first bus that came in and put their luggage on the seats while waiting for the last family member. The driver was unable to keep count of passengers getting on while loading suitcases in the boot. The driver said we should get our seats and then put the luggage in the back, but I have no idea how you would go about that. There was no sign of another bus. We were just left to find our car and they are often parked on gravel and it is difficult to drag a suitcase over to the car. Car often left in gear as well. I will be considering other options in future.

This was great value for a weekend trip. We booked online we packed our bag drove to Flying Scotland close to airport booked in, we then jumped into taxi bus straight to airport. Got back from weekend phoned on internal phone to collect car and caught the taxi bus straight to Flying Scotland where we picked up our car and drove home excellent service. Thank you to drivers and reception ladies too.

My flight was brought forward from Malta due to arrive in Edinburgh at 2300 now arriving at 1600 on phoning flying scot from Malta they could not of been more helpful my car was waiting for me on arrival at 1600 great service

Good service on the most part. The phone number to call the office from the airport was constantly engaged and other travellers eventually called the main office number to request pick-up. Not ideal after a delayed flight.

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
