Have used Flying Scot for many years at Edinburgh. Last 3 visits disappointing. On landing have phoned from terminal but had significant wait in inclement weather. All the other providers have picked up passengers and left by the time Flying Scot arrived.Problem may be they are servicing two businesses with same vehicles. Will not use them again.

This is a very easy option. The online booking and prepayment are ideal and the lot's close proximity to the airport is very convenient.Upon landing, there is a courtesy phone, as I do not yet own a UK mobile. I called before collecting my bag and by the time I arrived at the pick-up location, my wait was no longer than 10 mins. I did wonder if I missed a first pick-up however, as I don't usually check a bag so if that's the case then the wait may be a bit longer than I would like. The drivers are courteous and the car was waiting for my quick departure. I will try again next week and have another go.

Great value friendly service. The bus journey to the airport is very short and the busses run very frequently so you are never kept waiting for long at either end.

Straightforward, efficient, friendly service. We interfaces with two people. The receptionist, a friendly and helpful lady and the bus driver who was as the receptionist, friendly, helpful with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. I will use Flying Scot again.

Flying Scot are always very helpful and efficient as well as very accessible to Terminal. My one grouch this time is that on return , 20/11 about 3.30 pm neither of the Courtesy phones in the terminal, outside international or domestic, connected me to their number. Several tries. I used my mobile and of course told them, not their fault I suspect but the terminal owners/ phone contractor.

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

Full on-site valet services available. Flying Scot are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
