Very convenient location for Edinburgh Airport. Just leave car keys at reception and take the very short bus trip to the airport. Bus drop off is not nearly as convenient since the layout was changed and the walk balk to the pickup point is littered with trolleys that haven't been collected. Not even anywhere to shelter out of the wind and rain while waiting on the bus to arrive. Not very convenient for travellers who have limited mobility. However, these criticisms apply to all the car park companies and are not their fault But the result of the redevelopment of the airport. The planners obviously didn't look at how other airports cater for passengers!

I had a great experience. Car park easy to find, close to airport and staff all very efficient and friendly. I had no troubles and would highly recommend using this car park. I will most definitely be back when travelling from Edinburgh in future.

very easy turn around, drop off car and get on mini bus the car is then parked up for you and is sitting waiting when you get back, we had no problems even when our flight was delayed and we arrived back at 03:00 mini bus was there to take us back to the car park.

Distance from the terminal is excellent. No problems with the car. However our flight landed at 22.10 and it was 23.30 before we collected our car. We cleared passport control and collected our luggage very quickly. Time waiting on the shuttle bus to the car park was the problem There was only one shuttle bus and it took 20 mins to arrive there were too many customers waiting in the stand so could not take us all it was then another 15 mins before it come back to collect us. This is not acceptable. The flying scot stand was the only stand to have people waiting every other company had no queues. Very unhappy with this service. They were obviously trying to service too car park sites with one bus - very unsatisfactory.

Really disappointed in the service at Flying Scot this time. On the transfer to the airport the driver moaned the whole journey about how hard he had been working. on return only one bus was available for transfer back to the parking. We had to wait over 25 minutes for the transfer - during this time some passengers decided to walk back to the parking and there were children and vulnerable adults kept waiting. Very unhelpful when we phoned and although a second bus was promise this wasn't available although there were two staff at reception. I've used Flying Scot for many years but won't be using them again. One star rating given as I couldn't give no stars!

We have used the Flyingscot car park on many occasions but this time we arrived back on the 4th August 20015 and had to wait 45mins to picked up to collect our car because the small buses used are servicing more than one car park facility at the detriment of its customers. I will not be using Flyingscot again!!

I HAVE USED THE FLYING SCOT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. ON THIS OCCASION, ON OUR RETURN I WAS GIVEN THE KEYS TO MY CAR AND WHEN I GOT TO IT IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN OFF ROAD AND WAS COVERED IN MUD, AROUND THE WIPERS IT WAS FULL OF LEAVES AND OTHER DEBRIS AND IT RESEMBLED HAVING BEEN LEFT IN A SWAMP FOR 15 DAYS!!! NOT IN SECURE PARKING.

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
