Thoroughly professional service. From checking in, transport to the Airport, very efficient made for a relaxed start to our holiday. No problem on return, phoned for the service and the bus was waiting as we arrived at the pick up area. The vehicle was ready to go and we were on our way a short time later. Used the service before and have not been disappointed.

Flying Scot used to be a name you could trust but since joining up with "low cost" I've had nothing but bad service and this last trip was the nail in their coffin. Won't be booking with them again and will gladly pay the excessive airport prices rather than be stressed out by these peoe again. From staff being unable to use a key to lock /unlock my car and me having to come back from the terminal to do it, to just waiting and waiting at the airport while every other company sends plenty of buses to collect people and most recently getting cheek back from drivers after waiting half an hour with little kids and other people being taken before us as they were at the obviously favourably treated "low cost" sister park am voting with my feet. Get your act together Flying Scot as your name is no longer worthy of us making excuses for you.

Hi, i can honestly say i will NOT be using this co. again. On arrival at the facility there was absolutely NO communication from one of their drivers. We had to ask if we had to load our own cases onto the transport vehicle. Which he DID answer, yes. Loading our own cases??? We were told at drop off we would be met at same place on our return. This was not the case, and after 3 phone calls and waiting an hour we discovered there was a coach park elsewhere. When the coach did arrive for pick up there was some confusion of some sort with passengers, resulting in the driver Banging his own head against the coach in frustration. I must add in full view of my Grandson...totally unacceptable behaviour!!

No problems at all. The parking was two minutes from the airport. A minibus took us straight to the airport and was there to pick us up when we came back.

Used this car park before so knew what to expect. Close to the terminal and reasonably priced. Quick transfer service and pick-up. Pleasant staff. Will be using next time we travel out of Edinburgh.

Very good prompt and timely transport to and from the airport. Took a while to find the courtesy phone in the airport and the number to dial was one digit different to that on the card - first digit a 1 as posed to a 6. Otherwise, all good!

No problem on outward journey but wait for transport on return was about 40 minutes which was not acceptable. The reason given was traffic exiting from Royal Highland Show at Ingleston but Car Park which is next door to Flying Scot had 4 pick-up buses come and go while we were waiting.

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

Full on-site valet services available. Flying Scot are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
