Bit of a trek from car park,especially in rain.. Also on arrival diverted to medium stay park as long stay busy,on exit would not recognise this but guy on intercom sorted it out.

Great parking at great price however when leaving despite paying in advance it stated I owed £140. On pressing for assistance it was quickly resolved however the car beside me had exactly the same problem so maybe this requires a review of systems.

Parking times changed and despite informing you more than 48 hours beforehand this was not received / processed by yourselves until after 48 hour cut off. The communication was poor and advice unhelpful ie pay the difference at the car park as it will be less than what we will charge you. I don’t actually think was accurate and was less than satisfactory. I will not be booking with you again

It’s a bit far away I would put on a bus service and have better sign posting to and from car park and terminal when leaving ticket machine announced I owe d £170 so had to speak to operator as we had pre booked would not have been happy if it was early hours of the morning or got stuck

Absolutely awful, have used this long stay previously and without any complaints. This time was awful, cars parked on side of the road, plus actually parked on the road, due to lack of spaces. I eventually found a space but it certainly took a bit of negotiation avoiding cars parked selfishly. New pedestrian path not clearly sign posted for walking to mid stay to get to airport. Unfortunately I have already booked in advance to park long stay next month, but after this, never again.

Easy to book, straight into car park after taking ticket at barrier. Path marked to airport, walk took less than 10 minutes. Just as good on way out. No problems whatsoever.

‘New covered walkway’ is very short. Does not extend beyond taxi/bus station.Bus transit was better!

The pre paid parking worked well. Depending upon where you park in the huge car park, it can be a 10 minute walk to the terminal

Parking the car was easy but could not find the pathway from the long stay car park thro' the mid stay car cark to the airport (6:20 am, it was dark). had to go out of the car park entrance and follow the road to the airport (no pavement). It was well sign posted on return from the airport. again in the dark. collected car and at barrier put the parking ticket in the machine and it came up with parking charge of £330. spent next 10 to 15 minutes trying to find the contact button on the barrier as advised. No, it's on the ticket machine and it's not marked (bearing in mind it's dark with no lighting). Eventually found it and guy sorted it out. (no fault on my side). Wouldn't be happy if it was raining as your exposed to the elements for 10 to 15 minutes to and from the airport. Look forward to the bus being reinstated at some point in the future.

Booked 5 days in Long Term which provided free upgrade to Mid Term. On arrival at Mid Term booking wasn’t recognised by system and had to push button for assistance. Similarly on departure on inserting ticket it requested full price payment and I had to use the assistance button again - which took ages.

Edinburgh airport is easily reached via the A8 Glasgow Road, accessible either from Edinburgh town centre or junction 1 of the M9 motorway.
Coming from the A8 Glasgow Road, along Eastfield Road, follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport.
At the roundabout at the Moxy / DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel turn right, and take the third exit.
Go past the car rental centre and over the tram tracks.
Once over the tram tracks, there is another roundabout. Take the third exit and the entry to the Long Stay Car Park is on your left.

Please note - don't turn off early and park in NCP Scotpark as this is not an Edinburgh Airport car park and your booking won't be valid.

Arrival:
The car park has automatic number plate recognition - so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book. The machine at the entry barrier will recognise your number plate and give you a ticket with your registration number and booking reference on. Keep the ticket safe, as you'll need it when you leave the car park. If the barrier doesn't lift automatically, you should press the intercom button.
Park your car, making a note of which zone you're in.

A new walking route has been built, which passes through our Mid Stay car park (adjacent to Long Stay), through ‘East Termins’ (new drop-off Terminal), and ends in the main plaza. (Where the bus used to drop-off passengers)

Departure:

To exit the car park, drive up the barrier and insert your ticket. The system will check your details and the barrier will open automatically, however in some cases the system may fail to recognise your vehicle on entry. You will know if there has been a mis-read because your car registration will be mis-printed on your ticket. In these situations please drive up to the exit barrier as normal and press the buzzer for assistance. Please ensure you have your booking reference and or car registration number to hand. Do not enter any payment details or you will be charged again.

Make sure you have a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival at the car park. No Changes can be made within 24 hours.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £50 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days ad times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
