What is the drop-off procedure?

Park in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.

What security measures does the car park have?

No problem at all. What we really liked was the fact the minibus was waiting when we got to coach stance. Nothing worse than waiting when all you want to do is get home from a holiday. Great service and cheap

How often in life, do we have nothing to complain about? Well, this is one time. Great price, easy booking, Great reception on arrival, ( even if the guy was like me and likes a wee moan ), shuttle bus arrived for us within minutes, quick trip to the airport, no problems. Phoned as directed on our return, and bus was with us in minutes. Car sitting waiting, after a cheery lady gave us our keys. Give me this ease any time. Thank you.

5star service, arrived at carpark and got taken in the minibus to airport. Arrived back from holiday, phoned to be collected, 5 mins later we were on minibus heading to collect our car, Ive used lowcost on several occasions and they never let me down, close to airport too. Staff are very friendly.

I am very pleased to tell that I am very happy with your competitive company services, firs of all I couldn't find the parking address, I phoned to the company and the man was very polite and patient with my questions and getting directions from the round about till the car park. The man was on the phone all the time telling where I have to go or where to turn. I've been afraid of being late for my flight so I took a risk and spoke when I was driving.(that's very bad :) ) Everything was sorted on time. I found the place and the min bus took just me on my own to the airport. Many thanks! When I came back, I was struggle to find a phone in airport to phone to the company that we landed and they have to come and pick us up, but everything was sorted when I reached bus stop, where bus was already there, waiting. The driver was cheere and funny, asking about my trip. Thank you very much for making thinks work even when customers are confused. Thanks again!!!

Used Low cost, Edinburgh airport parking for 4 days ( just back late 13th oct). Both the driver and the man behind reception were excellent and very pleasant and a credit to your company. I had to phone up for directions as couldn't follow the directions given on email or from route planner. man who answered phone and gave me directions was very helpfull. I would suggest you have directions to low cost parking from Edinburgh by pass on your confirmation email. Will use again if flying from Edinburgh

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the difficulty of using the courtesy phone to contact them on our return. I had been warned that there had been complaints, so I knew to use the phone number on the card. Otherwise, it worked exactly as expected which, at times of stress, is profoundly comforting.

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.

On return

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
