Have never had any problems with low cost and this time was no different. Only waited a few minutes at the bus stance for the bus, driver was very nice and helped with cases, on and off the bus.

I have used the car park before, and it's convenient for the airport and one of the cheapest. Since Covid it has become self-parking and you keep your keys, but the reception kiosk is the same and we were expected as usual. The instructions given on return were to phone a number provided, but when phoned I got a recording rather than a person as previously. However the transfer bus came to the correct stand just as we got there, so everything worked smoothly in the end.

The service is efficient. The details regarding the actual procedure is not as stated..ie, there was no car inspection and no keys were left. The coach to and from the airport was quick and the drivers very friendly.

Disconcerting to arrive and find the office closed, and again on return, had to wait about 30 minutes for bus. One person doing driving and office may explain competitive rates, but clear warning that this is how you operate would have helped. Everything else was fine.

I have used low cost parking in Edinburgh for years with no problem however this time going to airport was a nightmare as had to wait over half an hour to get the bus despite arriving at our booked time. People were arriving well before their time which made the bus late for us getting to the airport. I felt they should have been told to wait till their booked time if others were due in. It made the airport experience a nightmare due to having to rush . Was NOT happy. However our return journey went smoothly.

We have used Low Cost/Flying Scot for many years but the service is not as good as it once was. We waited for twenty minutes at 6.30 am with nobody there apart from a few other angry customers in an open and unsecured car park until a van appeared presumably from the airport. There seemed to be only one driver checking in and driving meaning the gates are always open. We had to park our own cars in any available space. We almost missed our flight as when he did arrive and checked in everyone, he took another twenty minutes to leave and no apology for the delay. He did not wear a mask whilst driving despite this being the advice in Scotland at the time. We will use not use this again, and we will look for other options.

we left the car park in the morning 28/2/22 the driver could not be more helpful so much so i recommended them to others in airport but coming back on 8.40pm on 7/3/22 driver was bone lazy did not put your case in back when we got back to carpark opened doors and stood back one gentleman lifted our cases out another chap went to give him his tip the driver came forward and said i am the driver have used flying scott for about twenty years never seen anything lie this

Standing Edinburgh airport over half an hour .when low cost finally arrived driver and assistant. we and 2 older people had to put cases in bus ourselves this company WILL NEVER BE USED AGAIN. arrogant driver!!! Booked for May with another operator

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.
On return
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
