Unfortunately when I checked the car in no one from the parking team told us we would have to wait between 30 - 60 minutes for the transfer as there was a problem with a puncture. It was really cold as it was approx. 4.45am and we waited for 40 minutes before we got our transport. I think someone should have actually informed us what was happening so we would have the opportunity to order a taxi. I know some people ended up missing their flight. Not great customer service The return journey was fine.

The drop off and collection were up to expected standards though we had a bit of a wait for the shuttle bus on return to Edinburgh. The bus ride from Ratho Station is uncomfortable due to the state of the roads around Newbridge/Ratho Station and the walk from Stand No 7 is rather long especially for my wife who has mobility issues.

The staff were very friendly but the pick up time for collection from the airport was an hour this time and 45 min the time before. Traffic was not an issue so I presume they don't have enough buses to provide a better service.

I've used this facility many times, and happy as always. Drop off is easy, and your vehicle is sitting waiting for you on return. Only reason for 4 stars is that there was a wee black scuff mark in the wing. Not anything to complain about, as it was easily removed.

The drop off was good but pick up was a disaster-told both on the form and on 2 phone calls to go to stance 7 -actually it was stand 5 !! Driver waited 40 mins to check people off his list -at 2.30 in the morning this was not what was happening with other companies as they had regular picks up and people were driven to their appropriate Carl parks

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.
On return
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
