As advertised, the transport to and from airport stops conveniently at the airport arrival doors. The service to arrivals is easy once a parking place is found and there is plenty passenger/luggage space available. The return journey is less convenient as the bus is crammed full of returning passengers and luggage making the drop off difficult to exit the bus. More lighting and vertical display signs indicating parking zones would also be helpful.

Very easy parking experience just drive in vehicle reg recognition. Any problems office staff are there to help. Leave car in any space. Get frequent bus service to airport. Takes 5 mins. Stop right outside of departures where you pick it up on the way back. Drive out again barrier release on vehicle reg recognition and away you go 😬

Fast, efficient and professional service. Close to the airport with no fuss transfers. We were nearly 3 hours late in returning due to delays in Italy and we exited the barrier gates without fuss. Excellent company

I have used this facility on many occasions now. The APNR entry/exit system works well and the shuttle bus service takes just a few minutes to transport passengers and luggage to the east end airport building.

just drove up, nimber plate recognition let us in, parked up and were picked up and dropped off within minutes, Upon return was piscked up again withn minutes dropped off and just drove out. Worked like clockwork. Will be using again without doubt. Thanks

I have used Secure Airparks a number of times now and found the experience straight forward enough from booking to parking. Usually the frequency of the buses are fine but on this occasion I waited ten minutes. This caused a little anxiety as I was running a bit late for my flight anyway. I made it in time so all is well. No problems. Vehicle details appear on screen. One touch to confirm and the barrier lifts to let you enter. A short walk to the nearest bus shelter and the bus arrives within a few minutes. Two minutes later you are in the airport with a covered walk way to the departure area. Same procedure in reverse on your return. Have used FHR several times. No problems.

Directions for Secure AirParks Green Parking

IMPORTANT - Camera Recognition System in Operation. Please ensure we have correct car registration.

Directions:
From Forth Road Bridge - Follow the signs for the Airport.

From M8 - head for the Newbridge Roundabout (Junction 2). At Newbridge Roundabout continue on A8 (Edinburgh Road) following signs for the Airport.
Continue along A8 and only 1 and 1/4 Miles from Newbridge Roundabout, turn left down Ingliston Road leading you directly into the Car Park. (Please note this road may be closed if an event is on at the Highland Centre)

The final option is to follow the signs down Airport Road and take the first left at the Hilton Hotel roundabout, proceed to the end and turn right at the T-junction, 100 yards into the Car Park. (This route is always available during events)

From Edinburgh and the East - travel down Airport Road (Eastfield Road) and take the first left at the Hilton Hotel roundabout, proceed to the end and turn right at the T-junction, 100 yards into the Car Park. (This route is always available during events)

Please note that during the Royal Highland Show and other major events at the Royal Highland Showground you should allow an extra 30 minutes on to your journey time especially in the afternoon/early evening as road closures are in place and our bus will take longer to reach the airport.
If an event is on please follow the signs to the airport and turn left at the Hilton Hotel..
To check events in advance please visit http://www.royalhighlandcentre.co.uk/ and check the view events option to see if any events are on when you are travelling.

Arrival Procedure: ticketless Parking
1. On arrival please drive up to intercom and follow on screen instructions directly in front of you (You will automatically be checked in and the barrier will raise)
2. If your details are not on screen or the barrier does not open use the intercom for assistance
3. On barrier opening please go to nearest space and bus stop, where you will be picked up and taken to Airport. Take your keys with you.
4. The bus driver will offer you an optional ticket for information on what to do on your return
5. IMPORTANT: FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2024 YOU WILL BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP AT EDINBURGH AIRPORTS COACH PARK AT STANCE 10.
6. Buses run regularly every 5-10 minutes; next bus time is shown on the entry kiosk.

On return
Board courtesy bus and return to car park. Further details of the return procedure will be given upon arrival at the car park.

Delayed Flight - Extras day charges for late returns are £10 per day (subject to change) payable to the car park
