Bit disappointed when exiting. Card inserted in machine and message comes up I owe £445. After speaking to someone, I was allowed to go on my way. NOT a great experience.

Really brilliant way to start a vacation. So easy! And the added bonus of fast track. Only downside was we had to park on the open roof area as the car park itself was so full.

Usually book valet parking but that doesn't seem to be available now...but terminal multi-storey & fast track was really good.. took a few up and down parking lane to get a space...but wasn't an issue....

The car parking at Edinburgh Airport is ideal for us we can book on line and get there easily. It is a bit more expensive than the other car parks.

I like using the Multi -Storey and fast track facilities especially now that I am waiting on hip surgery and not as able as I was. My only comment would be that all the disabled spaces were occupied when I arrived at 4.30 am. Nevertheless, I was lucky to find a free space not too far from the lift. On several previous occasions my number had not been recognised and I had the heart stopping request for £275 pounds! That was quickly dealt with but a bit of a scare! This time it was trouble free to exit.I know it is more expensive to use than off site parks but I like the convenience and the fast track facility so will continue to use it in the future. Thanks

Cheaper than booking direct but 15 day parking ran out after 14 and we had to challenge extra charges for Edinburgh short stay car park. Didnâ have to pay the extra in the end but it was a bit of a hassle after a long flight when you just want to get home.

There were no problems with parking but on our return we were startled by a demand at the barrier for £630!!!!' We spoke to the customer support and to be fair this was quickly sorted. But it did give us quite a scare as who has this type of cash at the end of a holiday?.

Directions for Terminal Multi-Storey & FastTRACK Special
DirectionsEdinburgh Airport is about eight miles west of the city centre.
The entrance is reached from the A8 Glasgow Road, and is close to the M8 and M9 motorways.
The A8 airport junction is between the Gogar and Newbridge roundabouts.
If you're approaching from Edinburgh, join the A8 from the city bypass and head towards Glasgow.
If you're coming from the north or west, join the A8 at the Newbridge roundabout and head towards Edinburgh, then follow signs for the airport
Follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport and at the roundabout at the Moxy / DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, continue straight ahead taking the second exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and enter via the barrier and take your ticket. Our system will have read your number plate to activate your booking. If your ticket is not issued automatically, please press the intercom for assistance. Drive straight ahead and over the mini roundabout to enter the multi storey car park. To gain entrance, re-validate your ticket at the entrance to the multi-storey car park. For the use of fastTRACK please present your parking ticket at the fastTRACK gate.
When you come back from your trip, at the exit barrier, please insert your ticket to be validated and the barrier will open. If there are any problems, press the intercom button to talk to our staff.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £70 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days ad times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
