At the entry barrier, your registration number will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking details. The barrier will open. If you have any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance. After parking

On your return, drive your car to the exit barrier Enter your ticket that you received on the date you entered the car park, wait for the barrier to lift and drive out

What else do I need to know?

Car park is manned 24 hours, frequently patrolled and well lit. Comprehensive CCTV in operation. Parking bays for Blue Badge holders are available at the front of the car park. There is no requirement to hand your keys in. Trailers are not permitted.

This would have been 5 star if it had not cost so much more for a week in October than it did for two weeks in April. The experience was great and is a much more positive experience for my disabled husband than having to struggle through crowds from the parking bays for the transfer buses at the back.

Easy to park following very clear instructions. No problem on return: place ticket in machine at barrier and you're on your way. Fast track through security is an added bonus!

Easy as 1 2 3. Yes it may cost slightly more than others, but it gives you the piece of mind that your car is lock up safe and sound, out of the elements, and ready for you on your return. Also the added bonus of knowing that you have to locate a bus pick up point, wait for the coach, and then get abandoned in a huge car park trying to find your car (especially in the dark). Just cross the road and you're there.

When our flight was delayed, arriving just before midnight, it was great just going to the car and driving straight home with no waiting for a bus to travel to off-site parking! Everything worked well - a great system!

Convenient and straightforward, except that on leaving the machine at the barrier said we owed another £2.50 - have booking number over the intercom and we were let out.

Great price, very handy, easy to use and book, only problem is having to talk to operators on exit to say you have pre booked - recognising the number plate has prepaid would help and would make it 5 stars.

I use the terminal parking frequently, as a person traveling alone it feels like a safe environment in the early hours ,my wish would be that frequent users could qualify for a discount thought the year including the holiday months

Once reached, this parking accommodation was first-class. The challenge came at 05:00 when trying to find the correct lane for it because 'Multi storey' just disappeared from the signposts, though it was on the ground in the lane itself, we discovered. Obviously (unless they play with it again), this will not be a problem going forward. My husband has a Blue Badge, so we parked on Level 1, Zone E, took the lift down and straight across the short walk to the terminal building. It was equally straightforward on our return. We are unlikely to go back to using off-site parking.

Directions for Terminal Multi-Storey & FastTRACK Special

Directions
Edinburgh Airport is about eight miles west of the city centre.
The entrance is reached from the A8 Glasgow Road, and is close to the M8 and M9 motorways.
The A8 airport junction is between the Gogar and Newbridge roundabouts.
If you're approaching from Edinburgh, join the A8 from the city bypass and head towards Glasgow.
If you're coming from the north or west, join the A8 at the Newbridge roundabout and head towards Edinburgh, then follow signs for the airport

Follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport and at the roundabout at the Moxy / DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, continue straight ahead taking the second exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and enter via the barrier and take your ticket. Our system will have read your number plate to activate your booking. If your ticket is not issued automatically, please press the intercom for assistance. Drive straight ahead and over the mini roundabout to enter the multi storey car park. To gain entrance, re-validate your ticket at the entrance to the multi-storey car park. For the use of fastTRACK please present your parking ticket at the fastTRACK gate.

When you come back from your trip, at the exit barrier, please insert your ticket to be validated and the barrier will open. If there are any problems, press the intercom button to talk to our staff.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £70 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days ad times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
