Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation0 once you have **collected your luggage and cleared customs** to request your vehicle returned. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP.

What security measures does the car park have?

Uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officer to maintain their Park Mark award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. No-Wait Guarantee On arrival there will always someone at our meeting point - you will not have to wait for a driver to arrive On return the flight will be monitored and the car delivered to the terminal upon flight landing (see terms)

The check in room ages - not many people but serving new arrivals whilst we were ignored despite having informed them of our arrival. Returning we had a long wait and then had to wait still longer whilst he slowly walked for a ticket. The car had been driven 20 miles.

I’ve used your services now about five times, it must be good because I keep coming back but there’s only one point I could bring up, is that the last couple of times after arriving back from a flight all you want is to get into your car and get home as it’s been a long day , so the last thing you want is having to change every setting in your car i.e. door mirrors, seating and I’m not just on about forwards or backwards it’s Tilts and even the radio has been reprogrammed, so after about 10 minutes re-fixing the car to myself again Before I can finally leave ! That’s the only reason I did not give you five stars Just four,Other than that it’s a brilliant service. Regards Mick

Good customer service and easy to find the drop off point. Slight delay in return of the car but the plane had come in early so that was to be expected I suppose. No damage to the car and no extra mileage either so I would say that it was well worth the cost. I think the only comment I might make was that it would have been helpful if the driver could have given a heads up that the sliproad to the M23 north was closed and then I wouldnt have to had to sit in a traffic queue for 40 mins. Might be something that could be helpful to other drivers in future if they are aware of closures close to the airport.

We were greeted by a very friendly and efficient man and all went smoothly. Even persuaded me to get a valet done whilst away. On return it did take 30 minutes for car to arrive which is much longer than I have usually had to wait. Same friendly efficient service -same man actually. Car very clean.

Really easy when we dropped car off and speedy service. Some delay in getting keys for our car when we returned at 5am in the morning after a long day. Staff were working hard to reduce delays but too few staff available to deal with volume of people at that time of the morning.

It is a treat to be able to park the car at the Hilton and walk straight in to the departure hall at the North Terminal. However, I asked for the car to be cleaned on our return and it was done perfectly but the driver bringing back the car drove through mud and the car was splashed which was not removed after parking. Not at all happy with that.

On arrival at Gatwick Airport the service was fine and we were asked if we wanted a car valet whilst away which we took up. On return it took over 30 minutes for them to bring the car to the meet & greet area and the car had water marks and the inside drivers floor mat was dirty so not a good service overall.

I've used Ace Meet and Greet on a number of occasions and they always provide excellent service. They are prompt, courteous and efficient and the drop off point is so convenient for the terminal. On my last visit we unexpectedly needed to drop the car off the evening before we had planned to drop it on the following morning so some 8 hours earlier. They could not have been more helpful in accommodating us needing to do this. I will definitely continue to use them and have no hesitation in recommending them.

No issues when dropping off car at the start of our holiday. Staff efficient and helpful. However, on our return our car was delivered to the North Terminal instead of the South. Waited over 45 minutes which was quite tiresome after a long flight. The couple in front of us had the same problem. The manager on site was very apologetic .

DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON RECEIPT AND ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL

You no need to call us on your way to Gatwick North or to Gatwick South terminals. Please just follow the directions below to the terminal you've booked to meet us at. On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you.

There is no longer any need to call us on your way to Gatwick North and South Terminal Meeting points. Please just head to the meeting points below. If you need help on the day, then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 option 1.

North Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode: RH6 0PH (please follow directions below from the North Terminal roundabout)
As you enter the North Terminal from the main roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for "Drop Off and Hotels". Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for "hotels" and "Sofitel Hotel". Keep driving towards the Pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for our driver. Once in the car park follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators When you arrive in the dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in a Meet and Greet bay and look out for our uniformed staff.

On return - North Terminal
If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return.

If you gave us your flight number when you checked in then there your car will be returned automatically to the meeting point at the terminal your flight lands at. There is no longer any need to call us on your return.
If you did not give your flight number, have landed on a different flight or are just unsure whether you gave us details then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 once you land and are ready for your car, so we can arrange the delivery of your car to the terminal.

Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.

As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.


South Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode RH6 0LL (Please follow directions below from the main roundabout)

As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive into the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE MEET AND GREET AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

On return - South Terminal
Please call us the number on your confirmation 0 once you have your luggage

Directions: Please exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to;

Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.

If you are returning early we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. As soon as you have collected all your luggage and are ready to clear customs, call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0.

Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.



Other Important Information
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.


Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return.

Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.

Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.

Hi, we are departing from south terminal but arriving back to north terminal. Will our car be greeted with us at north terminal on arrival or do we have to get to south terminal internally?Thank you for your question. You can be met at the South Terminal and have the car returned to the North.  You select your terminal details when making your reservation.

is there a possibility for the car being picked up from the Hilton if you call ACE 10 minutes before you arrive at the airport they will meet you at the Hilton
