Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.What is the pick-up procedure?

We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. Booking process is very easy and quick, great price. Information on booking is sent quickly and is very clear about directions etc. Staff at the greet were very polite and efficient and the drop off place is only several minutes easy walk to the terminal. On return the car was ready for us and we were on our way in a few seconds. Very good service.

So far as booking the stay was concerned it was well organised. Arrival was fine, but access from the car park to the Terminal involved climbing about 30 steps with two heavy suitcases, coats etc., because the lift was out of order. The situation was the same on return two weeks later. Not a happy experience for an 80 year old! Also it would have been good if arrangements had been made for trolleys to be available at the top of the stairs/ lift exit, to avoid carrying/ dragging the suitcases through the hotel, passageways, and into the departure area. This spoilt an otherwise pleasant experience. No complaints about the staff encountered.

Had to wait 40 minutes for car having made the phone call. Car was returned and it looked like it had been kept under a tree that shed debris and gluey substance. Not impressed. Not sure I would use again.

Arrival at North Terminal fine. Instructions said pick up on return at arrivals. Told on return to go to pick up at Hampton Hilton which was a nightmare to find despite asking four Gatwick staff. You need to give clear instructions for return especially if different from original advice. Without this problem your service would be 5 star!

Great drop off at Terminal North Gatwick. So easy to walk into terminal from car. No delays. Picking up from South Terminal we had a 20 minute wait. Was not expecting that! Thought it would be quicker however one of the attendants who saw we had been waiting longer than usual came and checked up that the car was on its way. It arrived shortly thereafter. Must have been a one off blip as have never had to wait before.

DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON RECEIPT AND ON THE DAY OF TRAVELYou no need to call us on your way to Gatwick North or to Gatwick South terminals. Please just follow the directions below to the terminal you've booked to meet us at. On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you.

There is no longer any need to call us on your way to Gatwick North and South Terminal Meeting points. Please just head to the meeting points below. If you need help on the day, then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 option 1.
North Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode: RH6 0PH (please follow directions below from the North Terminal roundabout)
As you enter the North Terminal from the main roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for "Drop Off and Hotels". Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for "hotels" and "Sofitel Hotel". Keep driving towards the Pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for our driver. Once in the car park follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators When you arrive in the dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in a Meet and Greet bay and look out for our uniformed staff.
On return - North Terminal
If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return.
If you gave us your flight number when you checked in then there your car will be returned automatically to the meeting point at the terminal your flight lands at. There is no longer any need to call us on your return.
If you did not give your flight number, have landed on a different flight or are just unsure whether you gave us details then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 once you land and are ready for your car, so we can arrange the delivery of your car to the terminal.
Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.
As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.
South Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode RH6 0LL (Please follow directions below from the main roundabout)
As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive into the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE MEET AND GREET AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

On return - South Terminal
Please call us the number on your confirmation 0 once you have your luggage
Directions: Please exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to;
Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.
If you are returning early we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. As soon as you have collected all your luggage and are ready to clear customs, call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0.
Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.
Other Important Information
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return.
Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.
Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.

Hi, we are departing from south terminal but arriving back to north terminal. Will our car be greeted with us at north terminal on arrival or do we have to get to south terminal internally?Thank you for your question.
