Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation0 once you have **collected your luggage and cleared customs** to request your vehicle returned. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP.

What security measures does the car park have?

Uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officer to maintain their Park Mark award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. No-Wait Guarantee On arrival there will always someone at our meeting point - you will not have to wait for a driver to arrive On return the flight will be monitored and the car delivered to the terminal upon flight landing (see terms)

Works well dropping off and picking up from car park. Well signposted and efficient. On my return I phoned after picking up suitcase, by the time we got to the designated pick up in car park waited less than 5 minutes. Excellent service would use every time at LGW.

Quite the best meet and greet service we have had and we are lucky to have done quite a number. Dedicated drop off and collection point permanently staffed. Easy to drop the car off but sometimes the collection takes some time. Not in this case, car waiting for us. Superb, meaning I am unlikely to use another company ever again assuming their prices stay competitive.

This was parking at the car park by Hampton by Hilton Hotel. It was so simple. We parked, handed in keys and were directed to a hotel lift about 15 m away. We walked in a straight line through the hotel lobby and arrive in the terminal, the EasyJet section. There were NO signs that told us we had to take a lift to the next floor to fine Virgin Atlantic and other airlines using North terminal! We called the number given on our return and when we got to the car park, there was our vehicle awaiting us. Easy Peasy! Will use it again without hesitation

A short walk from the car park to departures and also the return. Car was waiting for us when we arrived back at the car park, just as I would have expected. However, the drivers seat which has multiple electrical adjustments had all been interfered with along with the door mirrors and it took ages to get everything back into the normal position again. The radio channels had been changed and the seat heaters left on, all of this for what must have been a short run to and from the car park. I felt that the driver had obviously been playing with the various features of my car which was unnecessary and inconvenient.

This booking was made by bookfhr.com (full marks to them by the way, I had to make changes due to a change of car and a flight time change by the airline and they did both with no problem) but the company involved at LGW was actually Maple Meet and Greet. It went off OK though Maple seemed a bit hit and miss, with no one obviously in charge in the drop-off area. On pick-up they also took a bit longer than their 15 minute target between my call from baggage claim and the car being delivered to the pick-up area. But otherwise, quite happy with their service and the helpful nature of their guys.

great service - the hotel car park was a great place for meet and greet service. It was all on time and easy - with helpful cheerful staff the only thing I would say is that unless one is travelling Easyjet its very confusing on leaving to hotel to no be on the departure level where the rest of the carriers are such as TUI. Al it needs to a sentence in the instructions to this effect.

Excellent service, there were representatives at the drop off point which made it a fairly quick process, they had changed their name to Maple since I had booked so I was initially worried there was no one there if they could have let me know beforehand it would have been helpful. After I called them upon leaving customs it was around 20 minutes when we received the car so I was ok with that. The guy helped load my bags too which was extremely welcome. Al in all I was happy with the service I received.

It all worked better than we had expected! Only slight snag on our return was the levels marked in the car park. One has to go up to level 1! Temperatures when we landed were -6C and we were told to be patient as cars had to be defrosted, so we waited a few minutes

This was the first time we have used ACE and we were impressed with the service. It was an easy drop off process - the bays in the South Terminal short stay Car Park were easy to find and so near to the terminal. On our return we waited around 20 mins from phone call in baggage hall to the car arriving at the spot we had dropped it, and it was in the same condition as we left it. Okay, it’s not instant, but still quicker than most other options.

DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON RECEIPT AND ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL

You no need to call us on your way to Gatwick North or to Gatwick South terminals. Please just follow the directions below to the terminal you've booked to meet us at. On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you.

There is no longer any need to call us on your way to Gatwick North and South Terminal Meeting points. Please just head to the meeting points below. If you need help on the day, then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 option 1.

North Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode: RH6 0PH (please follow directions below from the North Terminal roundabout)
As you enter the North Terminal from the main roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for "Drop Off and Hotels". Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for "hotels" and "Sofitel Hotel". Keep driving towards the Pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for our driver. Once in the car park follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators When you arrive in the dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in a Meet and Greet bay and look out for our uniformed staff.

On return - North Terminal
If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return.

If you gave us your flight number when you checked in then there your car will be returned automatically to the meeting point at the terminal your flight lands at. There is no longer any need to call us on your return.
If you did not give your flight number, have landed on a different flight or are just unsure whether you gave us details then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 once you land and are ready for your car, so we can arrange the delivery of your car to the terminal.

Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.

As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.


South Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode RH6 0LL (Please follow directions below from the main roundabout)

As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive into the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE MEET AND GREET AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

On return - South Terminal
Please call us the number on your confirmation 0 once you have your luggage

Directions: Please exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to;

Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.

If you are returning early we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. As soon as you have collected all your luggage and are ready to clear customs, call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0.

Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.



Other Important Information
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.


Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return.

Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.

Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.

Hi, we are departing from south terminal but arriving back to north terminal. Will our car be greeted with us at north terminal on arrival or do we have to get to south terminal internally?Thank you for your question. You can be met at the South Terminal and have the car returned to the North.  You select your terminal details when making your reservation.
