Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in timeThere is a maximum vehicle height limit of 2.4 metres or 7 1/2 feet at this car park. APH will retain your car keys. The transfer coaches are unable to accommodate surfboards, windsurfing equipment, bikes or similar large items. The vehicle will be kept in one of the APH car parks and may be driven between car parks by fully insured drivers.

I've used APH Gatwick a few times now. Each time it's been really easy and quick: Park outside office, drop keys and courtesy bus always waiting. I would have given 5 starts but on this occasion the bus driver decided to pick up arriving passengers from south terminal first before dropping all the departing passengers who were only going from north terminal. This added unnecessary delay and caused problems with the luggage all piled on top of eachother. The priority should be drop offs first - in the past this has been the case. Otherwise a good experience.

Good clear instructions as to the whereabouts of the car park so easy to find. Had to wait for other customers to board/fill the bus to the terminal so advisable to make sure you have plenty of time before check in at the airport. The return was a little disappointing, we followed the instructions given when dropping the car off and proceeded to the bus stop to wait. As we had hand baggage only we were through very quickly but by the time a bus arrived we had been joined by others from our flight who had waited to collect their bags. It's obvious that the service operates for the majority regardless of what time you call them. It was an hour from landing before we were at the car park. With it being a full bus there was also the potential to have to wait in a queue to get your car keys back - although in our case I realised this and got off the bus quickly to make sure I was at the first in. All in all there's nothing wrong with the service, it's good value and works reasonably well, it's just that I've used others that have the edge on it.

My sat nav took me directly to the location but if it hadn't the directions given online by the company were spot on. Very easy process, very helpful and friendly staff both and reception and especially the bus drivers. Will definitely be using again.

all went very well arrived around 2am prompt polite reception with a smile waited about 15 mins and was on our way to the airport, collection went well as always will use again just seems a shame the prices seem to be rocketing up but that seems all Gatwick parking

Fantastic service .....clear and precise directions to find you , on arrival a swift check in and an extremely helpful bus driver ( think her name began with m ) . On arrival back at Gatwick we only waited 2 minutes for a bus . Our car was waiting in a prime position for us to leave the car park and get on our way . Thank you , will definitely use you next time and will recommend you to family and friends

The car park was easy to find and you could leave the car right at the reception which is easier than looking for a space. There was a small queue in front but it only took a few minutes to check each person in. The bus left promptly and the driver was helpful with the heavy bags.

Directions from the M23
Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).

OR the number on your confirmation

If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.

Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.

Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance

Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.

Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.


Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.

APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.

Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.

The vehicle will be kept in one of the APH car parks and may be driven between car parks by fully insured drivers.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.

I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
