Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in timeThere is a maximum vehicle height limit of 2.4 metres or 7 1/2 feet at this car park. APH will retain your car keys. The transfer coaches are unable to accommodate surfboards, windsurfing equipment, bikes or similar large items. The vehicle will be kept in one of the APH car parks and may be driven between car parks by fully insured drivers.

Excellent communication from start to finish and the bit in between. Easy to find and despite early hours of the morning, staff were friendly and helpful. Bus clean and regular, driver also helpful with the bags on/off. Car looked after and in one piece when we got back! We would use them again.

With only half an hour to my flight leaving I parked in the wrong place and the reception were so helpfull it saved me missing my flight. Excellent instructions on the slip meant getting back was easy, all in a great service!

This is the best place to leave your Car when you fly aboard. It is not too expensive. It is very safe & the cars stay in the safety of the Car Park. This is a very well run & well maintained facility. The staff are all very helpful and very polite. None of the cars are parked in tightly there is always plenty of room for each car. The shuttle buses are always frequent. Highly Recommended.

Drop off and pick up service was extremely efficient, drivers must be commended on their bright and cheery service (especially at 2am)! The only problem we suffered was severe condensation on the inside of our vehicle, a bit strange when we'd left all the windows closed in our vehicle?.

Very efficient, quick and friendly. Dropped the car off and the coach was already to leave. The lady inside was very quick and friendly no bother and we were off to the airport. It does seem further than 10 mins but again no problem, the price is great and the process was quick. On return a quick call to let them know we had arrived the bus arrived after about 5 minutes at the stop and we were at the pickup place. I went inside picked up my keys and was off within about 5 mins. Fantastic process and we would defo use again.

great fast efficient service. Only comment would be the pick up bus on return says stops 6 and 7 (gat north terminal) we were dropped off at 7, so we waited at 7 for the return. the bus drove past us and stopped at 6. this was a bit confusing.

I was dreading that it would be similar bad experience as I had with a different company at Heathrow few tears ago. APH is great. Staff helpful, reasonably well directed, good bus service, pick ups and drop offs. I would thoroughly recommend them. They were cheapest at one day notice. Also booking the space through bookFHR.com was simple.

We were running very late due to bad traffic on the M25. I rang APH gatwick and they prepared all the paperwork, and when we finally arrived the lady was waiting for us outside, and also had the transfer bus ready and waiting for us. The bus driver then went to the North terminal first rather than the south terminal to help us. We only just made it to the airport in time and very nearly missed our flight. I am certain that if it was not for the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff at APH then we would have missed our flight and not have had the holiday that we had been so much looking forward to. I can't thank them enough!

We thought we would like to take our car to the airport because our flight was early leaving and late returning. When googling prices I found the off site parking websites. I thought the price was great and decided to book. I was completely satisfied and to be honest, quite surprised. Everything ran smoothly and the staff were happy and helpful even at 2am!! I will be using this service again even if I take the children and their luggage too. It was very quiet and not busy when we travelled but it looks to me that the system would work at busy times as well.

Directions from the M23
Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).

OR the number on your confirmation

If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.

Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.

Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance

Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.

Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.


Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.

APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.

Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.

The vehicle will be kept in one of the APH car parks and may be driven between car parks by fully insured drivers.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.
Hi,We've used you quite a bit. Can you confirm that this booking can be changed if required. Thomson have a habit of changing flight times and have even changed airports over the last 3/4 years.ThanksThank you for your question. As long as you book the flexible option then changes can be made, subject to any price changes. The saver product is non amendable and non refundable.

I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
