Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.

What is the pick-up procedure?

When you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your voucher. Your car will be delivered to you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a secure car park which holds the Park Mark award, 24 hour security including fencing, lighting and automated gate entry.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Height restriction - none Must be booked 72 hours before departure Non -refundable Bookings are subject to availability No minibuses with more than 9 seats can be booked. With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.

Unfortunately we had to wait at arrival and departure (for almost 20 mins) for the driver to arrive at Gatwick North. Other than this the service was very good but standing around in the clod for so long was not a great experience.

Excellent service and very helpful. We had a problem and was delayed getting back. It they didn't mind bring the car to the airport a few hours later. Very on time and hassle free. Nice staff aswell.

Very happy with FHR's Meet and Greet service. They were extremely efficient and prompt in their arrival on our departure (despite the incredibly unsocial hour) and very quick with their drop off upon our return. Another huge plus for me was how close FHR's parking facilities were to the airport as, unlike other meet and greet services I have used, they clocked up less than 5 miles in total. Overall, very impressed and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when flying from Gatwick.

Excellent service ! Car picked up and returned promptly by really friendly staff a two minute walk to the departures and arrivals areas. I would recommend this service to anyone. I will definitely be using them again. Also the price was superb couldn't be beaten.

Great price. There was a mix up on the delivery of the car but the company were quick to admit their mistake and make an offer as an apology before I had a chance to make a complaint. Very impressive customer service in this day and age. I will definitely use them again.

This service always seems to be the best. We've never waited more than a few minutes for the car to arrive on the way back and the same at the terminal building. We've tried to the ones that you have to drop off on the 6th floor of the car park and they seem to be far less reliable.

We parked as instructed and the uniformed driver pulled up behind us, no fuss. On return we phoned as we got into arrivals hall so a little later than advised, our car was with us within 3 minutes so 1st class efficient and polite service

We have used the service previously with no issues. Guys friendly very prompt with collection and delivery. Only thing this time is the settings in my car had been messed with , should not be playing with my car really and quite a few miles of fuel consumed even tho we confirmed it was not many miles away.

Great service of meet and greet as always. However, a bit worryingly the police pulled up as my car was being delivered to me st the airport. Apparently, my driver had been driving my car aggressively on the way to returning it to me.

Very Important***
Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

North terminal Arrival If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0PJ

Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

North terminal - inbound

Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .


South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages

Questions

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
