Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?

No problem with the booking and the collection on departures. On arrival back: I arrived back from Mauritius this morning and called you when I had cleared customs at 5:54. I waited outside opposite the Premier Inn and then called you again at 6:26 to be told my car had not even left yet. The man in the office apologised and said he didnât know why and it would leave straight away. Your driver arrived approximately 12 minutes alter at 6:40 approximately. I asked the driver what had caused the delay and his exact response was âdo not shoot me, I am only the driverâ. No apology, just rude and ignorant. So essentially I waited 45 minutes for my car in the pouring rain and then met by your driver who possessed no manners whatsoever. I have already emailed you to complain about this.

Brilliant service. My flight was delayed by over 3 hours and we landed in the South Terminal at Gatwick rather than the North. They couldn't be more helpful, very impressive. Will definitely use again.

Convenient arrangement at Gatwick North, once we found out where to go! Gatwick signage a bit confusing. Prompt collection and delivery of our car. Particularly useful as had very early departing flight. We do find meet and greet ideal especially when we have travelled with young children and large cases.

I called as we were changing from M25 to M23 and was given directions to the drop off point, the man was waiting for us as we pulled in. It takes a couple of minutes to complete the paperwork and get instructions for the return pick up. On our return I called after we had collected our luggage and was given instructions to get to the collection point. The man arrived with our car in less than 5 minutes, checked our paperwork and we were on our way. Very straightforward and very efficient. Very nice when coming in on a late flight to a rainy night in November.

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
