Everything went perfectly. Our airline returned us to the wrong Gatwick terminal, but the operator offered to return our car to the new terminal. I opted to have it returned to the original one. When we arrived, the cat was waiting for us. Staff we efficient and polite.

There was someone to meet us when we arrived. The hand over was quick and efficient and the car came back in the same condition with about 15 miles on the clock. My only slight complaint was that it took 30 minutes to come, I called as soon as we came through passport control as we had no luggage but we still waited around for about 15/20 minutes.

Excellent service given , on arrival at the airport there was a rep ready and waiting to take our car. On our return after calling the company to let them know we were ready for our car we were advised that there would be a 15-20 minute wait. The car arrived within the time frame and the handover was done quickly. Overall a great service and we would definitely use this company again.

In general a good service for the price - the entrance to the drop off point is slightly confusing as it was coned off at 4am, so had to reverse in the queue of traffic while the operator moved the cones to allow me to enter. Also, on arrival very late at night for the collection, it took many attempts to call the operator to advise that I had landed - often it just rang out or said 'please try later' which is not what you want to hear after a delayed flight after midnight! It probably took 15 minutes for the car to arrive after the call was made. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall offering was good for the price.

Drop off no issues. No instruction on return other than 20 min call before pick up which we did but then had to wait nearly an hour from that time as apparently I had to call again after collecting baggage which I did but no one answered. Upon arriving at pickup point, 4 staff members sat in the van and didn’t seem bothered by helping. No overly impressed.

The person on the phone was really aggressive telling me I hadn't made the phone call 20 mins prior to arrival when I had. He said you will have to wait 20 mins now for a driver. The driver was actually sat in his car, shambles. On return the service was very fast.

Excellent service. Rang two days before to ask if we could drop car off earlier due to long security queues and Bala said that would be okay. Car collected by a friendly man. On return our plane was delayed and we got stuck at customs, after a couple of phone calls we accepted our car from the again a very friendly operative. Would certainly recommend thank you

For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.
For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.
Sure Parking staff are stationed everyday at the meeting point from 04:00 till 23:00
Please note: That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

can this booking be cancelled?You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or request a refund minus the 10GBP cancellation fee. You can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date.
