Having had a trouble free journey to Gatwick, my estimated arrival time was about 15 minutes earlier than booked. Phoning ahead, this proved not to be a problem, and I was duly met accordingly. The return meet was equally satisfactory. A prompt and efficient process by friendly staff.

Love not having to get a bus to the terminal. So easy just meeting the attendant at the car park and walking into the airport. Perfect service once again and very punctual. Lovely attendant who was very polite.

excellent service, park on orange car park level 1, it was so easy at South Terminal depature. we booked two cars and the cars were collected by the operator's worker and m,ake it so simple 3mins walk to the terminal.

Both drop off and pick up was relatively quick and easy. We had clear directions where to meet the staff. Also they let us drop car off earlier when the flight times changed. Would use this company again.

No problem dropping car off at north terminal on return my car was sent to the south terminal so had to wait for the driver to come to the north also had to pay £5 to exit the car park! thought that was included in the price.

It was a quick and efficient service to drop off the car, however was not able to get through on my return as they did not answer the phone so had to wait for my car to be returned. Overall I would use them again but not as convenient on the return journey.

For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.
For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.
Sure Parking staff are stationed everyday at the meeting point from 04:00 till 23:00
Please note: That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

can this booking be cancelled?You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or request a refund minus the 10GBP cancellation fee. You can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date.
