Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

20 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL: GIVE US A CALL ON OUR 24/7 NUMBER the number on your confirmation7. Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded Orange Jackets.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Meet and Greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car is stored in a secure compound a short distance away from the airport. 24 hour surveillance, coded security gates

Multi story car park levels were hard to understand , but clean and once on the correct level easy to find the meet and greet teams. Issue in they were not expecting me ( I did phone ahead) as said I had booked at the north terminal. I had to show my printed invoice to prove I had booked the south, so this took a little time, and my husband had ti rush back to give the car keys as not asked for. On arrival back the phone was not answered so then had to wait 10 minutes for them to get the car. Lovely driver delivered the car back to use. Car was clean and had not been driven more then a couple of miles

Great service, friendly staff. Pictures were taken of our car whilst we were there. On our return the car was waiting for us even though we’re were delayed. Would definitely use again and definitely would recommend. Thank you for a great experience.

When I collected my car the boot lid was not closed properly. I couldn't understand why one of your staff needed to look in the boot. Therr was no luggage in it, that was stowed on the back seat. Also, the dashboard display settings were changed from my preferred options. Again, why did your staff interfere with the car's cirrent set-up? Apart from that, the car was in the same condition as when I dopped it.

The dropping of and pickup was good. But, when I got in the car the radio was off and when I turned it on, it was on a different station to the one I had tunes in and was on full blast. Also the display on the dash had been changed.

My car was taken from me by a pleasant chap from "SURE Meet and Greet all perfect .It was brought back in perfect condition on a very timely fashion.The only issue was I had to pay an excess £15 for arriving about an hour late,this was beyond my control as my British Airways flight was delayed ,in addition our plane circled Gatwick several times this making our arrival even later and ,certainly out of my control. but they would naturally known this !! I do feel under these circumstances that to hit me for £15 when it was completely out of my control was rather a KICK and unfair particularly when I had booked 4 separate parking sessions this year and at present & .one for next year perhaps loyalty simply doesn't count !! However my car was looked after and that is the main thing these days .

drop off problem free and efficient, on return even though our flight was 2 hrs delayed,we have hope the return of the car would be quicker than 30 min. but overall good value for money and good service.

Even with a hic-up, due to a misunderstanding with an idiot who directed me to completely the wrong place ( nothing what so ever to do with the parent company FHR or SURE MEET & GREET but unfortunately he was wearing the bright orange vest which we were to look out for , & you guessed it I fell for it !!! Hey-ho as it took me 15 minutes to drive around the parking areas to the correct bay and apparently as I had run out of time - I had to pay a supliment of £5.00. which was a bit iffy & an unfair fee ,once again this was not charged by FHR or SURE but by the actual Gatwick Parking !! Certainly not the end of the world but absolutely a nuisence when we were in a bit of a panic to get into the terminal as this took time paying at the machines ,but on the bright side the "SURE" representative came with me and showed me how to work the machine - this was very helpful !! However to the nitty-grity - once I found "SURE" on the 1st floor ( going up the ramp that's where I thought I was -( my fault with the help of an idiot non English speaking workman ) their guys also were wearing similar orange vests & they eventually took possession of my car gave me the relevent return paper work & I was on my way !! On our return I phoned as requested after picking up my luggage and the vehicle was returned within minutes in perfect condition and with only the correct milage on the clock !!! As I have booked other trips with SURE this and next year I am more than happy to make full 100% ( unless you meet the aforesaid idiot as I did !!)

Gave 20 minutes notice before arrival as requested and still had to wait 15 in the cold. This is not ‘Meet & Greet’ but ‘Keep You Waiting at our Convenience to take your car away’. Will not be using again.

Directions to Airport Terminals

For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.

For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.

Sure Parking staff are stationed everyday at the meeting point from 04:00 till 23:00

Please note: That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Questions

Do you provide a SOUTH Terminal Drop and Collection Service? Sure Meet and Greet is available at both North and South Terminal.
My van is 2.1 Meter High can I still book parking with you There is no height restriction at the car park. However, if the van is a long wheel base you will need to book through ourselves as you may be charged for two spaces.
