Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

20 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL: GIVE US A CALL ON OUR 24/7 NUMBER the number on your confirmation7. Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded Orange Jackets.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Meet and Greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car is stored in a secure compound a short distance away from the airport. 24 hour surveillance, coded security gates

Waited 35 minutes in the pick up area waiting for my car at 3am in the morning, hence why I booked Meet and Greet. Rang the dedicated phone number after bags were collected 3 times before they answered, by this time I was already at the pick up area. I was told 15-20 mins for car to be delivered. This took 35 mins. Not acceptable for the extra price you pay. It would have been quicker to park off site and get a bus to collect car.

Drop of car was fantastic! On our return to collect was terrible ! We had to wait an hour before car returned to us! We had a flight cancelation but informed the office and made them aware of our delay! It took several calls to your office whilst waiting in a cold car park for your staff to return car!

27th March.. Mobile number given was not answered. Went to carpark where they were very helpful. Waited 25 mins for car, but would only have been 5/10 minutes quicker if phone had been answered as no wait at airport.

Once again Sure parking provided everything we needed for stress free parking. Great price, friendly, courteous staff and clear instructions. We love that we are under cover in the short term car park and out of the elements. Car delivery time was about 10 mins and hand over was straight forward.

Best service we’ve ever had. Picked up straight away when called to drop off and collect. Had only to wait about 5 mins to collect car and driver left it running with heater full on to warm up for us. Will definitely book with Sure meet and greet again

I usually book with FHR when we are going away- partly because one year when I was trying to book on-line, one of your staff alerted me that my card had been hacked! Sure was a new company but we were most impressed. Easy to access both going in to North terminal and on our return. We followed the instructions to call once we had our baggage and our car came about two minutes after we reached the car park.

When we arrived, the approved operators car park had cones across the front, even though we had called beforehand. We had to call the operator again, then exit the car parks area and go around the block to go back in. The cones had been removed by then. On return, we called the operator when we had cleared customs and made our way to the approved operators car park. We were told that the wait would be approx 15 minutes. In fact, it was more like half an hour before our car was returned. I have previously had excellent service with valet parking, but this was a bit disappointing.

Booked sure parking meet and greet service and as always a really easy experience. car was collected within minutes and the driver was polite and courteous. even though our flight was delayed there was no problem with the car delivery. 10 minute wait if that. Once again good customer service and I will be using them again.

Clear instructions and car was handed over smoothly on arriving at Gatwick. On arrival back at Gatwick a week later car was delivered 25 mins after we called. A little longer than I would expect for such a service, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Directions to Airport Terminals

For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.

For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.

Sure Parking staff are stationed everyday at the meeting point from 04:00 till 23:00

Please note: That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Questions

Do you provide a SOUTH Terminal Drop and Collection Service? Sure Meet and Greet is available at both North and South Terminal.
My van is 2.1 Meter High can I still book parking with you There is no height restriction at the car park. However, if the van is a long wheel base you will need to book through ourselves as you may be charged for two spaces.
