Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

20 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL: GIVE US A CALL ON OUR 24/7 NUMBER the number on your confirmation7. Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded Orange Jackets.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Meet and Greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car is stored in a secure compound a short distance away from the airport. 24 hour surveillance, coded security gates

Drop off was smooth and so was pick-up. However, the instruction to call them after luggage pick up means we have 20-25 mins wait for our car to be delivered.It would be more appropriate to call while we are waiting for our luggage.

The paperwork was not correct when we arrived, they had to issue paper documents but that was fine. The car was slow to arrive when we returned but it was delivered to us with great courtesy.

Due to poor instructions when arriving at airport we waited for 20 minutes in wrong area On return car was ready for collection promptly however it took repeated phone calls as line had been busy

I have booked with this company a few times now and have had good service. Unfortunately we used them this week and had to wait a long time for our car to be delivered to us. I rang the number at 5.39pm and after a couple of calls the car arrived at nearly 5.30pm! I wasn't told if there had been a problem, the guy just delivered the car without an apology. I hope this is a one off as they have been really good in the past.

Good drop off and nice to park in car park as raining on drop off and collection. However a 25 minute wait to collect the car is completely unacceptable- we could have got a coach to off airport parking quicker - and cheaper. It’s meant to be meet and greet - not wait and wait. We will not use Sure Park again

Very good service, the car park you drop/pick up at is great to walk to the terminal however driving to it was a bit of a nightmare - lots of roadworks (rain and early morning darkness) didn't help!! Timekeeping drop off and return of car were spot on! I would definitely recommend this service!

The drop-off is relatively easy and quick. But very disappointed with the collection. On returning it took more than 30 minutes from calling the operator for the car to arrive. This was in a very low season (November) and we were the only customer collecting a vehicle at this time. Standing in a cold car park is not much fun and could probably have collected the vehicle quicker from one of the remote car parks (such as purple parking). Dread to think what would happen to the collection time if they were busy at a peak time!!

Well handled but rather a long wait for the car to be returned. Phoning through after luggage has been collected, means a quite a long wait in draughty Car Park 5!

Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded Orange Jackets. Our meet and greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you. You wll have to leave your keys with the chauffeur.

Directions to Airport Terminals

For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.

For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.

Sure Parking staff are stationed everyday at the meeting point from 04:00 till 23:00

Please note: That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Questions

Do you provide a SOUTH Terminal Drop and Collection Service? Sure Meet and Greet is available at both North and South Terminal.
My van is 2.1 Meter High can I still book parking with you There is no height restriction at the car park. However, if the van is a long wheel base you will need to book through ourselves as you may be charged for two spaces.
