Have used this car park several times and have been entirely satisfied with pick up, drop off on bother legs of my journeyear. Would have awarded 5 stars. However on being greeted in the reception desk I was scowled at and not treated very respectully by the male receptionist because I did not have my flight return details. I was flying Ryanair, gave him date and time of my flight return but because Ryanair do not issue boarding passes until 4 days before I did not have Flight number. Perhaps he had worked through the the night as it was 6.30 am when I checked in. Still no need for abrupt manner.

As it says on the tin, 5 mins from the airport - check in is relatively smooth. Driver loved accelerating to junctions and then ramming on the brakes, on the airport transfer journey. We might have been just unfortunate on the one we got but the guy didn't know how to drive with passengers aboard. Other than that no complaints.

Everything went according to plan from start to end the car park was in an idle location and the transfer were up and running without any unexpected delays the vehicle was carefully taken and parked together with the transfer there and to the airport all went smooth and successful at the beginning and ending of the holiday... The only thing I would have preferred is a little more room between cars, I found it quite difficult to get into my car. I was also disappointed in the condition of the car park roads. On the day I used the car park we had rain and the place was flooded with massive puddles which you had to drive through. I cannot fault the transport to and from the airport. It will not put me off from using your firm again, but you did ask:)

Would have been a 5 star rating only due to fact when arrived back waiting on bus only 1 arrived but quite a few waiting. Maybe check when flights are coming in provide more buses to save standing in cold waiting more than 10 min for just one bus to turn up only taking 16 at any one time.

The easy access premises are in close proximity to Glasgow airport. The staff were extremely efficient, paid attention to detail and were very helpful. The toilet facility was very good. The shuttle drive to and from Glasgow airport was both comfortable and smooth with the driver extremely courtious. Office contact on flight arrival at Glasgow airport was first class with easiy placed telephones. The handover and return of vehicle was very smooth. Parking safe. Overall, and excellent experience; hence the rating....

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.
A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.
Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs
The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
There is no height restriction.
