Directions are good and reception pleasant. Bus drivers both ways exceptionally helpful and swift. No wait for collection - Tel is on the wall to the right of the airport exit door. Would recommend.

No problems with the service. The 1st bus was full on our return but the driver contacted the office and assured us another bus was on it's way. Reasonable price when booked in advance.

When we arrived we were informed that our car was not booked in, even though we had received confirmation from yourselves. Matter was corrected promptly by car parking personnel and thankfully there was still availability, hence the 3 stars or it would have been 5. Bus to and from airport was very prompt. Car parking staff very pleasant.

Despite the parking being extremely busy on arrival and no notification of our booking from fhr having been received we were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner, without any holdup. Again return was busy but friendly and efficient. Easy to find. Definitely use again.

All ok til got back and pouring with rain. Thought they could have brought cars round to where bus dropped us off so that we didn't have to walk through rivers of water to get to car. Car park full of potholes which made it even worse!

Map instructions to get there were poor and we were so late arriving at the car park we had to pay extra for priority boarding and run to the gates. On return the bus driver drove like a maniac and literally threw our cases out of the bus. On the plus side the administration staff and processes were excellent. We won't use that one again.

No problems on our arrival being 06.15 but when we arrived back, after telephoning to advise we were ready to be picked up, on approaching the bus stop, bus was full and had to wait for next bus. This took approx.10 minutes, feel they could either send more buses or use bigger as existing buses only hold about 12 passengers.

- Exit M8 at Junction 29

- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground

- Exit M8 at Junction 29

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.
A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.
Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs
The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
There is no height restriction.
