Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. The drivers must be weightlifters in their leisure time, the way they handled all the luggage so easily. Return journey equally efficient. Strongly recommended.

Excellent service,, no waiting, polite and efficient. £13 this time instead of£10 last month, not sure why and forgot to ask. Still cheap at the price. Same length of stay. Perhaps add this time was a Friday to Sat?

On arrival, the procedure for parking was unclear - we weren't aware that our car would be parked for us. Directions to the car park were excellent, but an indication that we should park in the temporary spaces before reporting to reception would have helped a lot. When we handed the keys over at reception, the lady at the desk spoke incredibly quickly, and not full sentences. "Citroen Red?" "On return, quick call". I'm sure that your staff are completely familiar with the procedures, but for customers who are unfamiliar (this is the first time we have used Flying Scot), we would have appreciated a little more guidance. "On your return, use the courtesy phone in the baggage reclaim area to let us know you've arrived, and we'll send a driver to bring you back to your car". As I handed my bags to the driver to load the minibus, he muttered "prick" under his breath. I questioned what he'd just said, and he explained that it wasn't aimed at me, but at the previous customer, as he'd not passed his bags over in the expected manner. The driver who collected us from the airport to return us to our car was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, bright and cheery - a welcome surprise at 12:30am! He joked about the weather, and wished us a safe onward journey. Overall, a little extra customer care and courtesy would have been appreciated. The daytime staff could do to learn a lesson from the overnight staff.

The car park was handy for the airport,check at the car park was straight forward and journey to airport was less than 5mins ,on returning we contacted the car park and we were picked up within 10mins will use them again.

I thought it did the job, although a previous one I used had my car started which was helpful. The car wasn't far but far enough with 5 suitcases, since they knew I was coming how difficult would it be to drive it slightly closer. Also when we were parking it up at the start of the holiday the receptionist wasn't the happiest concedering her job is to deal with the public.

A no hassle experience. Easy to find and a quick transfer to the airport and the bus was waiting fir us when we got outside the airport and our car was found in seconds even though it had been moved. Would recommend.

- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
