An elderly guest upon returning fell in the badly lit and surfaced car park thus requiring an ambulance to be called. She required X-Ray's and stitches, no member of staff was a first aider. Car park surface was a disgrace

Have used this company for years, but I'd say time to pick up at the airport is much slower than it used to be. Still good value, but am getting frustrated with the length of time it takes to get back to my car.

Great value for money. Busses frequent and staff friendly. The only comment I would make is I would prefer to park my own car. However the drivers are careful and polite.I would recommend this parking service

Waited 25 mins after my phone call to be picked up and when the bus eventually arrived, I sat on it for another 10mins waiting on other passengers arriving. When I complained I was told that they had sent 2 buses to collect me and I must of been waiting at the wrong place, which was rubbish as I headed for the correct stop and funny enough when the bus eventually arrived, I was at the correct stop. No apology for my wait or anything - poor! The overall time I waited, I could've been home.
