What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. At the arrival we were met by a professional staff member, whom took our keys and told us to call when we land. So when we arrived we called the office and then we were told very abruptly that we don't have to call....just go to the bus stop. The driver that picked us up was very rude too. I will not use this parking again.

Was told that the truck should be charged more as its bigger. I put all details on your system so don't see why I should pay more!! There was not charge made this time but if I return there would be😳Told to park car and return keys on the way back to car walked in to deep puddle ! Wet feet not good on air travel .not a big deal but will try not to use that parking again .(it was dark so did not see puddle)

I dropped my car off at the car park at 7pm before flying to England on Business, the bus was waiting for me & the hand over process/transfer happened quickly & efficiently. On the return, my flight landed at 8:15 into Glasgow & it was 8:50 before I was transferred back to the site - there was a large number of ppl waiting to be transferred from the terminal & I feel that it being a freezing cold night, with a number of flights landing at the same time, the transfers could have been better organised. Overall the , experience was ok but the long transfer time at the end leaves a bad taste in my mouth

The airport parking service was fine at the beginning of our holiday. On return [Sunday, 17 Dec. 2016] there was a layer of about 50 mm of snow on the whole of the vehicle. It would have been helpful if a member of the staff had pointed out that this was the case even if it was always our responsibility to clear the snow before setting out.

Prompt service when leaving car at car park. Bus waiting for us at airport on return. Drivers very helpful. Only complaint is, when picking my car up to drive out of the car park, there was not enough room for me to open the driver's door as the car next to mine had been parked too close. I had to get in via the front passenger's door and climb across to the driver's seat. Not good.

- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
