Not particularly easy to find as it's not signposted at all from the main road and the directions we'd been given could have been more precise. It's a little way from the airport, so although we didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for a shuttle bus it can take half an hour to transfer. However, it's cheap and otherwise fine.

Prompt efficient service even though at odd hours 0400 and 2300 the change over was pretty smooth, and thanks again, I won't hesitate to use them again.

Bus was prompt and driver helpful would have thought the car would be waiting at reception as had to locate it in the dark but was ok though

Staff were friendly. A bit of a wait for a bus to take us to the airport. Quite a long wait at Glasgow on our return . Car was not waiting at reception. We had to find it and either drag luggage there or wait and pick up rubbish at reception. Not ideal.

Very good service but there was a slight wait for transport both at outward and inward journeys which I know is unavoidable but I was on a tight schedule (out with my control) and this added to the stress. Although the operator was very quick it was a bit of nuisance having to queue to pick up keys

very efficient service - use Flying Scot most of the time when we go on holiday. The only improvement could be that they move your car near to the office when you arrive back and in winter warm it up!!!
