Efficient, friendly service. Also, on our return, we found that our car had a slow puncture. A member of staff re-inflated the tyre for us.

Was a bit chaotic on arrival as we had to park up our own car and driver was a bit stressed due to a shortage of staff. On return our car had been moved but we could not open the drivers door due to a car being parked next to it too close so had to go in the passenger door and climb over. We will not use Flying Scot in the future.

Used Flying Scot again recently. Have used them many times over the past few years and have always experienced a fast, efficient, courteous service at a reasonable cost. Would recommend.

Service was as it should be. Friendly and quick. No problems from start to finish. The only thing I had a problem with was the speed of the cars in the actual car park when the staff were parking people's cars. Far to fast!!! Accident waiting to happen

Very disappointed with the level of service from flying Scot. Left waiting out in the cold at 5am on our morning of departure for 20 minutes whilst looking for a driver for the minibus, on our return it took someone approximately 7 minutes to answer a phone to tell us To go straight away to the pick up point only to wait another 25 minutes for a bus to pick us up, I got from Belfast to Glasgow in the same time. I won't be using flying Scot again as I've used other car parks that offer much better customer service, I use these services at least 3 times a year and would rather pay an extra £1 or £2 to be appreciated as a customer.

Car parking was ok apart from the staff there were cheeky as hell as when arrived I asked where I go and one worker said are you blind can you not see the rest of the cars parked there and then on return couldn't find the phone to call for pick up so went out to the pick up point and the bus was there already but the driver wasn't to happy because when he radio in he got told we didn't phone for pick up and we r lucky he is taking us or we have to get are own way there being really cheeky and as arrive at car park for to collect car taking bags out the trailer he then said get your stuff and get your car and go home I really don't think that this is very nice or very customer friendly I will never be using them again

Once we collected luggage, on our return, called car park and was advised to make our way to bus stop and bus would be waiting. At 2.45 am, we had to wait outside in cold for 15 minutes for bus to arrive and then we had to sit stationary for the mini bus to fill up? A further 10 minutes, meanwhile, all the other car parking companies had 2 or even 3 buses depart before us. then we had to find our own car in the dark. definitely will NEVER use again. customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. Coach driver going to airport moaned constantly about being over worked and driver on return wad a very grumpy man who was more interested in having his cigarette. there's lots of other car parking companies closer to airport so my advise us to look abiut before booking with flying Scot.
