Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

This car park has CCTV, floodlights, 2 security guards and guard dogs making regular checks. Vehicles are covered by the car parks insurance whilst on site.

What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. Flying Scot has now been established for 30 years making it the longest serving car park at Glasgow Airport. There is no height restriction. Slow pick-up from the airport. Do not like your charging of 8 days when such holidays charged as a week. Bonnet of car scratched by some animal or bird.Not happy.

However only downfall was my car was parked against a black Mercedes and could not acces drivers door so had to climb over passenger seat . And I ripped my dress. But apart from that the service in mini bus going to airport and back from airport was brilliant and I will be using company to park again in January when I go away.

Parking at the flying scot Glasgow was all round an excellent experience and totally hassle free.drop off and collection very efficient meaning a good start and end to our holiday. I also opted for the valet service offered on arrival and car was spotless on return. All in all an excellent service. Thanks again

The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and drivers both were courteous and helpful with cases. Only couple of niggles upon returning were 1) on leaving the car I was not told the yellow card with the phone details was needed to get the keys back and as this was my first time using the company I nearly threw it away and 2) after getting the keys was told the car was 'behind the bus in row 4'....no it was not and and took 5 minutes to locate car. However for value for money and service I would use and recommend this company again.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
