Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

This car park has CCTV, floodlights, 2 security guards and guard dogs making regular checks. Vehicles are covered by the car parks insurance whilst on site.

What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. I have previously used this facility and have been more than happy. This time I booked my car in for a valet and I am extremely disappointed with the result. I am aware that it is another company who carry out this work but it was the operator flyingscot who offered the service and when I complained the operator seemed very uninterested. I will consider other operators in the future. I have marked the value for money section at the poor end due to the £43 wasted on the car valet which I have now had redone.

Very helpful. Have used it before and will use it again. Seems to be a distance from the airport but with their shuttle bus you are there before you know. Might be difficult to find for your first visit. You need to trust the directions given because being quite a distance away one could think one was going wrong. Second time; no problem.

I have been using the FlyingScot at Glasgow & Edinburgh 3 or 4 times a year for many years, the only problem I have found is the sometimes VERY high parking charges that Edinburgh put in place, the last time it was cheaper to book at taxi to and from my home to Edinburgh airport a total of 110 miles!

The wait to be transferred back to the car park is becoming longer each time; yesterday the wait was 17 minutes, while the bus filled up. In the end a second bus was sent to meet this same flight anyway. I pointed out that the quality of this service was slipping in March, I am afraid yesterday confirmed the feeling that the service is poorer than in previous years.

while all assistance was given in loading our luggage at both your car park and the airport my wife who has severe arthritis found the step on and off the bus quite a strain on her hips. perhaps a portable step could be considered to facilitate the access on and off the bus. I was however impressed with how little time it took your driver to reach the airport after my call to your office. I had explained to your staff we had had a very long delay in clearing the airport as my wife's wheel chair had gone missing and the baby who was traveling with us was beginning to fret.thanks to the staff for their consideration

- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
